Nestled near both the beach and city center, Kustur Club Holiday Village garners praise for its picturesque location and immaculate grounds. Guests have called out the sparkling pools and clear beach waters, as well as the spacious rooms with comfortable bedding—though some caution about noise on the ground floor. While opinions on value are mixed due to additional costs, the vibrant atmosphere and engaging evening entertainment often receive high marks. Despite occasional service hiccups, the attentive staff and variety of amenities contribute to the hotel's popularity.

After our first holiday was cancelled we was worried about booking another holiday due to covid back in the UK.
But after hearing from friends who had just came back from Turkey and hearing how safe it sounded we decided to book our holiday to the kustur holiday village. This is the best decision we could have made!

The hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The location is great and close to the local water park adaland which we highly recommend for all ages and literally sat its own private beach where you can find water sports or great to just relax.

The food and drink in the hotel is 10 out of 10 with lots of choice and no matter what time of day it is you can alway find somewhere to get a bite to eat or drink.

The staff in the hotel are brilliant and always at hand to help you out and nothing is ever too much. The entertainment team are amazing(especially Ali G) from the day time program to the night time program you will always be entertained no matter what your age.

If you was worried about about traveling abroad due to covid I would highly recommend to book this hotel. It feels more safer here than back at home in England. Hand sanitizers all around the hotel, social distancing rules apply all over the hotel, before entering an leaving restaurant, even at the tables are hand sanitizers and all staff wearing masks as an extra precaution.

Honestly if your second guessing coming to Turkey then don't!

We booked this holiday as our other holiday was cancelled due to Covid and we are so happy we did. The hotel and grounds are beautiful with amazing views of the sunset from the restaurant. The hotel was very quiet which suited us as there was never any trouble finding a sunbed or seat in the restaurant and bar. Our 5 year old loved the waterslides and we did too. Zaynep was amazing at the miniclub and kids disco and the other entertainment team Ali G and Jimmy and the other guys were all fantastic and really made everything as much fun as they could seeing as there weren't many guests they always took the time to talk to everyone and get everyone involved. Sorry I didn't get his name but the guy who was part of the entertainment team who spoke all the languages and did the bingo was hilarious. Hasan in the restaurant was amazing and always made a special effort with our little boy and remembered our drinks and which table we liked from day 1. The staff are all wearing masks and gloves and are all so friendly and will do anything for you they are so helpful. The food was well presented and tasty but due to Covid things were obviously a little different as you couldn't serve yourself and sometimes it was difficult to decide what you wanted to eat as food was behind plastic screens with staff putting it on plates for you. There also wasn't as much choice as there probably is under normal circumstances due to the hotel being so quiet but we understand things are different right now and everything we did have was nice enough. The desserts were really good! There was also a snack bar during the day with chips burgers hot dogs pizza etc which was great especially when travelling with kids. The guys behind the bar were all a good laugh and really attentive too. There's also a lovely guy who takes photos and doesn't pressure you into buying them but some of them are great and only 5 euros a photo which is a bargain he even does a sunset photo shoot for free if you want it and then shows you the photos which are fantastic if you want to buy them and such good prices. Taxis and dolmus bus are just outside the hotel if you fancy a trip into town 10 mins away which we also enjoyed. Kusadasi is a lovely place and the sunsets are amazing with some lovely restaurants at really reasonable prices. The only negative I have about the hotel is that we booked a standard room as the hotel is 5 star we thought that would be nice enough but on arrival we did find it a bit dated and more 3 star standard so we paid a little more for a superior room which was more modern and u would say 4 star. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room which you would usually get in a 4 or 5 star but this wasn't an issue for us but just something we thought would have been included. Overall we had the most fantastic holiday and wish we had booked for longer it was so nice to get away and stay somewhere so lovely where we felt safe and relaxed. We were nervous about going but the hotel had all the safety measures in place and was so clean with hand sanitisers everywhere and social distancing. Best holiday ever thank you to everyone at kustur club.

Upon arrival we were quickly checked in and taken to our rooms by golf buggy and were impressed with the layout & style of hotel. I wasn’t wowed by our stay here, have been to much better 5* hotels but we did have a nice holiday.
Pro’s:
Nice layout, rooms are scattered around the large complex and it feels very peaceful.
Could always get a sunlounger, even at 10am in August.
Bottled water available 24/7
Staff are pleasant
Only a 5 euro taxi ride into Kusadasi with some nice shops right outside the hotel.
Fresh towels available daily in rooms and also by the pool.
Water slides are very good.
Pool area is very nice.
Wi Fi is good

Cons:
Food was quite boring, no variation and we ate out in Kusadasi a few times because of this. Also there was not once any ice cream available as a dessert which I’ve never experienced before in an AI hotel.
Restaurant was very busy and several times we had a dirty table cloth at dinner, not really 5* standard.
The shows were good standard but just dancing every night, a little variation would have been nice, my teenagers found them boring.
Not much daytime entertainment unless you want to do aqua aerobics. Again, very repetitive… aqua aerobics at 11, followed by adult only water polo then one kids game in the afternoon. I did ask one of the animation team why there was no quizzes, bingo, Jenga, games… he said French guests mostly didn’t want that sort of thing which is fair enough.
99.9% of guests are French (this isn’t a problem in itself but all the entertainment is geared to them and in French).
Ice cream only available for 3 hours in the afternoon & only 3 flavours.
Only 5 cocktails included in the AI and they’re vile! Anything else has to be paid for.
All in all, we had a lovely holiday but Kustur is certainly not in the same league as other 5* hotels we’ve stayed in.

Fantastic staff! The staff made the hotel.
Big shout out to the entertainment team Yoda & Jimmy we’re amazing, very friendly, chatty and always a smile. The aqua gym lady was also great but I can not remember her name.
The pool bar staff were excellent, they would remember your drinks evening day & night! Orhan & Murat were great.
The food was ok. Lots of salad and meze dishes however we found the food was repetitive either chicken or fish along with the salad bar and breads. We ended up eating out a couple of evenings in the town to try some different dishes. The restaurant staff were very polite and would always make sure your drinks were topped up!
We ate at the al au carte restaurant by the beach the starter was very disappointing it looked & tasted like icelands frozen section, the main dish chicken fajitas were very yummy.
Hotel was in a good location to the main town around 8 minute drive and roughly €5 each way.
My partner was using a walking aid due to recently having a operation when checking in and being taken to our rooms by the bell boys we soon realised we was in one of the furthest rooms away and on the second flight of stairs. You would have thought due to him being on crutches they may have placed us in a closer room to Al facilities. We walked back to reception to ask if we can change rooms where we was told the she was unable to move us and we would have to come back at 9am the following morning once the manager was in. We then went back to reception the following morning where the reception staff was speaking to the manager out back and we was told we could be moved to a closer room at extra price €€€ which we obviously had to do so my partner was not in discomfort for the week.
Bell boys were also very lovely and the maids would clean the room each day and they looked great.
Fantastic staff , ok food

Dear guest, The upgrade fee is not due to the reason for the room at the front but because the room type is different. You are given the type of room you booked on the day you arrived. The next day your request about a nearer room has been met. It's a pleasure to hear you're also happy with your new room. We highly hope we'll have a chance to welcome you back to our village Kind regards.

Just returned from two weeks all inclusive at the Kurstur Holiday Village in Kusadasi in Turkey. Travelled with Jet2.com holidays in a party of 4 Adults and a 2.5 year old. Room was clean, decent size for two people but only a small balcony overlooking the gardens. Rooms are in blocks of 4. The best thing about this resort is the food it’s very good catering for many tastes. There is an al a carte restaurant which serves Chinese, Turkish, Asian, Mexican, and Italian dishes. There is a service charge of 7 euros per person per visit. The views of the sunset here are amazing. To be honest the food in the main restaurant is just as good only you have to serve yourself.
There are 2. Main swimming pools and 1 children’s pool with water slides in the main entertainment area, and a quiet pool away from the daily bustle of the entertainment team. There is a separate area with water slides for the older kids and adults. The activities team work hard to keep guests entertained in the day time and put shows on in the evening. The only let down for us two oldies was the lack of professional entertainment in the evening apart from a couple of dance shows and an amazing fire show twice a week left us disappointed. The resort is very clean and looked after with easy access for all. The hotel has its own private beach with a bar and sun beds. There was a bit of confusion with check out being told it was 12.00 but they neglected to tell us that the room automatically locked you out at 11.00am. So we ended up having our cases locked in our room with a trip to reception to get our room key recoded. You can book a late checkout till 6pm if you have a late flight at a cost of 75 euros.
Just a note about currency, you get a better rate in Turkish Lira with pound sterling but most items in Turkey are now priced up in euros, so take some euros along with you. As in most places tipping gets you better service especially in the restaurants and bars, use your own judgement. Most of the clientele is European, French, Belgium, etc but you do get some British families holidaying here. Recommended for families but not a lot for young couples apart from a night club on site. The hotel is only a ten minute ride into Kusadasi centre which is a shoppers paradise at a cost of 5 euros each way. Note if your buying gold or jewellery be careful if there is a cruise ship in port they all raise their prices for the tourists. Hope this review helps.

Dear Guest, It was a great pleasure for us to welcome you at our Kustur Club Holiday Village We are delighted to see that overall you had a lovely time with us. You may not like the evening shows at the amphitheater 7 days a week, so we can take that as a criticism. The check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 on the day of departure and this information is given by the reception stuff, also written on the key cover. We think there could be a magnetic error about your key card which has stopped working before 12:00. We want to thank you for your kind feedback! We look forward to welcoming you back to Kustur Club Holiday Village.

Inspired by the hotel's ratings, we decided to stay at the Kustur Club. A small disappointment came at the time of check-in because after an exhausting journey at the reception, we did not even receive sandwiches because they had run out. We had to wait until midnight for the snack bar to open. The only advantage is that the hotel bellman delivers you in an electric vehicle to a given room, but he does not describe the room conditions, for example a safe or a minibar. The lack of a map of such a large facility is also a huge disadvantage because you lose the whole day to find your way around. You have to find out everything yourself - the location of the facilities, where you can eat, WiFi access, options in the room and bars... The service at the reception and in the bars, in my opinion, was not up to par. Overall, the area is well-kept, the residential area is quiet and peaceful, away from the area with swimming pools and animations. A huge attraction, especially for children, are tame squirrels that eagerly eat treats from our hands. There are always free sun loungers at the swimming pools and the beach - if they are not available, lifeguards will inform you. Everyone will find a large swimming pool for fun, a swimming pool with animations, a paddling pool for children, swimming pools with slides and, 200 m away, among the houses, a so-called quiet swimming pool and a bar. The beach is clean, quite narrow, but there is enough space for everyone. The water in the sea is warm, clean and safe because it is quite shallow when you go 30 m deep. The food is okay, but it lacks a bit of ceremonial atmosphere, and the alcohol is average. Room cleaning every day. Animations during the day and an evening show at 9:30 p.m
A rather quiet hotel for families with children or older people, there is no chance for partying here. At the exit of the hotel there is one tiny bazaar, nothing else, the nearest city is 5 km away.
We had an unpleasant experience with our son's accident on a wet floor in the room, which resulted in a hospital stay. It is sad that no one from the hotel staff took any interest in this incident and did not ask us if everything was OK or if we needed any help.
The Kustur Club, described as a dream, turned out to be an average hotel in our case.

Dear guest, First of all, we would like to say we are sorry to hear that you have not satisfied from your stay. Standard rooms are rooms that are relatively far from general areas as of location. We have standard rooms with bathtub as well as with shower. You will remember that we showed you a room with a shower but you did not accept our offer because you found the room far away. We hope we can welcome you back to our holiday village next holiday.

We spent 10 nights at Kustur and we had an amazing holiday; didnt want to leave. From arrival late at night until the day we left the staff couldn't do enough for us. There were sandwiches and fruit at reception when we checked in, a golf buggy took us and our luggage to our beautiful little bungalow, surrounded by trees and flowers. The grounds are beautiful and the place is spotless. The food was great at every meal, plenty of choice even for the fussy eaters in our group! We used the snack bar at lunch time overlooking the sea. I want to give a special mention to Jimmy and Yoda who went above and beyond for us, my mum has mobility issues and is unable to use the normal sunbeds by the pool, so we took a reclining chair with us from home, to save me and my dad having to carry this back and to each day they stored it each night in their little room by the pool, and would even bring it over to our favourite spot in the mornings. They work so hard keeping everyone entertained and are a credit to the hotel. A special mention to Nur too, loved chatting with her on the evenings. We rarely go back to the same hotel twice but I would definitely go back here, booking again for October.

The positive reviews persuaded us to come and we are glad that we did. The animation team here really are excellent, really welcoming and genuine, particularly Berkan (he is new, and is brilliant) , Bengisu, Zak and Ricky. Truly great people. 100% would recommend.

The location of the hotel is great, there is a small shopping centre next door, but the main town is only 10 mins by bus which is very cheap. The hotel has a small beach and 2 decent sized pools with plenty of loungers and shades.

The buffet food is pretty varied and has a similar selection each day with small changes, but there is plenty of options, so there is something for everyone.

Rooms are fairly standard and we did get a weak WiFi connection in the room as well as WiFi in most communal areas. Beds can be little hard but you can ask for a mattress topper which is good. Bathroom was nice with good water pressure and hot showers.

What really makes this place special is the animation team, they are really fantastic. There are activities throughout the day, including darts, aqua gym, zumba, beach volleyball and water polo. There is also an amphitheatre with shows on each evening from 9pm (the Tarzan show was particularly great).

I would really recommend this hotel, and the whole animation team.

We had the best 2 week holiday stay here. There's always food and drink most of the day and night. Entertainment team are great. Bus stop and taxis outside the hotel to take you into town, watersports and boat trips on the beach across the road (there is a passage under the road to get to the beach) with security on the beach side and at main entrance. Would definitely recommend it. Looking on websites now, to book for next
summer.
