We stayed in Gaia for 2 nights. Breakfast was very delicious, including some home made pies, jams and cakes who were fantastic! The rooms were Very nice, there is an option to rent a bicycle (they have 4-5 pairs) and have a great trip at the mountains around. The parking lot is a bit far - out of the village,... More

The guesthouse is just wonderful, but Giota and her husband is its soul! Helpful and human, the best hosts someone can have. They gave us useful information on where to go, what to see and where to eat. The hostel is in one of the most beautiful and central villages of Zagoria (20 minutes from the canyon of Vikos in... We stayed in Gaia in July 2016 for 3 nights. Elias our host was as friendly and as accommodating as one can be. The guesthouse itself is a lovely building with a homely feeling. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was simply amazing with lots of options including both classics like cereal, eggs, etc and local delicacies like pies... More

Staying at Gaia is simply a unique experience. The rooms are clean, elegant and the view from the window is amazing (all stone - built houses of Dilofo village and the mountains around. Stavros welcomed us with a small bottle of homade Tsipouro, made by his father. Yiota had prepared 3 local pies for our breaksfast! Our room had a... More

This was our second visit to Dilofo in 2 years, but our first stay at Gaia guesthouse. We had an upstairs triple room. Excellent throughout. The guesthouse is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and is owned and operated by a Sarakatsani family that is one of the most pleasant and generous hosts we've met in our travels. Generous breakfast offerings, too. The... More

We recently stayed in this B&B for three nights. The room was nice, the staff very nice and friendly, and the breakfast sufficient. The village is very small and doesn't offer much to do unless you like to hike. My only complaint was the large crack around our door, but this did not disturb our sleep. The owner's wife was... A lovely guesthouse situated in the quiet and beautiful village of Dilofo! Stavros and Giota the owners made us feel at home instantly! Our room was very clean and cozy and even had it own fireplace. The breakfast buffet (all homemade mouthwatering food!!) was divine! Overall amazing stay! We didn't want to leave!

Gaia guesthouse has seven minimally furnished but cosy rooms with their own fireplace. Giota's breakfast will keep you going for the rest of the day (fantastic homemade bread and marmalades, as well as "trahanas" for the winter season are highly recommended!) Stavros and Giota are wonderful hosts, they will make you feel like home and above all they are fantastic... More

Wonderful little guesthouse in the quiet village of Dilofo. We were looking for a romantic, peaceful, relaxing getaway- and we found all this here. Stavros and Giota have been fabulous hosts, providing warm hospitality, great advice on what to see, and of course their breakfast buffet is just amazing. Our room has its own fireplace, is spotlessly clean, spacious and... More
