We were advised this site was open all year round, when we arrived (and the following day) there was no one attending reception, and we were too far from anywhere else to go to next. Toilets/showers poor state.

Hi SPP3UK! We are really Sorry for wrong info about opening season. Hope you had a pleasant stay in Sweden anyway. We would really appreciate where the info where found if possible,to help coming Travelers. You are absolutely right about poor state of the restroom, that´s why the campsite is closed right now, we renovate those parts and opens at Easter 2018, with a total new restroom :) New pictures will be available at Tripadvisor soon. Again we enjoyed a few days at Bjorsbo Forest and Lake Hideaways. Clean lake, perfect sauna, nice guests. Nice walks in the area. Waking up by a butterfly every morning and walk to the lake for a perfect morning swim.

After 2 holidays outside Europe we went this summer holiday to Sweden. And off course we wanted to go to Bjorsbo, once a naturist campground. Because of the change to clothing optional we exchanged some information via Facebook with Ulrika. At the end of our mobilhome trip we spend 5 fantastic days at Bjorsbo. The information Ulrike gave us was very accurate. It still is a small paradise. There were a lot of improvements done to the amenities. Every night we spend a lot of time in the sauna and cooled down in the fantastic lake. At daylight you can hike, bike or spend some time at the smaller lake. Enjoy the silence without wifi...our boys (14 and 16 years) didn't miss it at all
