If you haven’t stayed here before, then why not. Manor Court is just the most perfect place to stay. We hired all the bedrooms for my daughters wedding this past weekend. The rooms are just so opulent and decorated to the highest standard. The house itself is beautifully presented. Julie and her husband were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were made to feel so welcome in what is also their personal house. Of course our daughter had the bridal suite which was just stunning, as of course were the other rooms. Breakfast on the morning of the wedding was fabulous. There were cereals, juices, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, toast and of course the full cooked breakfast. They also gave us glasses of Buck’s Fizz. We had also arranged for them to collect the bride and groom from the reception venue which again was no trouble for them. We cannot praise this place highly enough and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wow, what a gem!!!!! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, the fabulous Hugh took our cases to our room and Julie was on hand to help us check in and crack the fizz open, what a lovely couple. The manor throughout was just stunning, so much to look at, we stepped foot into our room (the kings chamber) and it took my breath away, yes we had seen pictures and although they are lovely and professional it doesn’t give you a sense of the space, it was huge and had everything you could possibly need. We headed out at night for an evening meal at Farndon ferry which I can recommend and the taxi driver that Julie recommend was fantastic. The bed was massive and very comfy we had a great night sleep. Now the breakfast……. Fantastic The best eggs Benedict I have ever had, the bacon was delicious and egg was cooked to perfection, a big choice of cereal, lovely yogurt with fruit compote and muesli and Buck’s Fizz was a lovely touch. Would we return? In a heartbeat, can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us x

Our expectations were already set unrealistically high before we even set off for Manor Court. We arrived on a beautiful sunny afternoon and were welcomed by our wonderfully friendly hosts with a chilled glass of bubbly in the beautiful garden. We stayed in the Kings Chamber - and yes, it really was a suite fit for a King. The house is astounding and with so many beautiful and memorable features. No expense has been spared by the owners to make a stay here luxurious and indulgent. I think that the breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel that I have ever stayed at in England.

We were blown away from the moment we entered the beautiful village this fantastic bed and breakfast is located in. The property is absolutely stunning, the owners have created something truly unique here. We stayed for a night in the King Chamber. We arrived early and we’re warmly welcomed. We took a lovely stroll into the next Village , Farndon to the pubs there, we wasted a few hours watching the boats go by. We were greeted with bubbles upon returning to the B&B, the owners were lovely and we chatted for over an hour admiring the wonderful building. We were shocked when we saw our room. Photos just do not do it justice, I have recommended it to all my friends. We went for a lovely meal in Newark in the evening then returned to a wonderful nights sleep, so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was again absolutely lovely, so much choice and in a lovely candlelit room. We are definitely going to return here. If you are looking for something special, this will not disappoint!

Where do I start! Honestly words cannot describe how amazing our stay was. We stayed the night before our wedding and Julie and Hugh were the most amazing hosts. Prosecco in the garden as soon as we arrived ( which is a sun trap and so dreamy! ). They made is feel so welcome and at home. Really was lovely to get to know Then and chat throughout our stay. We honestly could not have asked for more! All rooms are beautifully decorated and so unique, totally overwhelming. Thank you both again so much and me and my new husband will certainly be back to stay! 🤍 Demi & Kirk xx

Fabulous hosts and amazing honeymoon suite. I expected the building to be old but it is a new build and really well designed, luxuriously laid out. Fizz and chat on arrival very welcoming and breakfast was of the highest quality. The garden was lovely and new summer house a great addition. It’s a dark walk to the pub 😂 so ask Julie for the taxi firms number to get home!

And what a treat! This place is amazing. Jules and Hugh are the perfect hosts. The house is dramatic and unique but tasteful and romantic. It is impeccably clean and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The design and furnishings are hugely impressive and the finishing touches of heavy drapes and high quality bedding confirm it’s well earned rating of 5 star. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The hosts and their son who greeted us warmly on arrival were very friendly and welcoming making us feel immediately at home. It is set in a small village a few minutes from the A46 so very quiet but still accessible.

Wonderful hosts - assisted with booking local restaurant and taxi service. Nice little touches eg a bottle of fizz on arrival; when we were leaving it was raining, host walked us to car with an umbrella to save us getting soaked. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We booked the King's Suite, definitely has the 'wow' factor. Room was beautiful, extremely comfy bed. Breakfast was unhurried, beautifully presented with lots of choice.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Manor Court - everything was perfect. On arrival we were greeted by Julie, Hugh and Phil who were so welcoming and friendly. The room was gorgeous as is the rest of the house and grounds. The occasion we booked for was made extra special and utterly seamless by Julie. We can’t thank you enough and will definitely stay again!
