when are the best times to book a room, before the coaches begin to arrive and do single rooms include any meals
Coaches arrive during the summer months but the hotel is not booked solid in this time, therefor you are able to get a room in between coaches depending how long you wish to stay. Room prices may include breakfast - not absolutely sure on this.

Do you offer shampoo and hair dryers in your rooms?
They do not. The only "extra" this inn has is a bar of soap in every room. You will need to bring your own shampoo and hair dryer.
