Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A lovely Lodge set in wonderful gardens, with fantastic views. The room was exceptionally clean and wonderfully laid out. A velux window in the roof enables you to gaze at the stars, as you start a beautiful night’s sleep. Top quality linen and a quality mattress guarantees comfort. The breakfast is top quality, you order the night before and breakfast is served on the time you requested. Top quality produce guarantees you a super breakfast experience. Roger and. Nicki were super hosts and had plenty of useful information of the area.

Everything. Quaint, beautiful views, clean. They have thought of everything. Topping up items in room is no hassle. Homemade shortbread in your room. Breakfast was such good quality and homemade jams etc. such lovely details. Parking easy. Friendly hosts. Lovely big towels, dressing gowns and toiletries. Couldn’t recommend enough. Faultless x

Lovely ideal to place to stay for couple of nights while visiting Henry Weston’s for our cider tour. Our room was absolutely spotless, wonderful bathroom, lovely delish breakfast in our 2 mornings we was there (one of best had) and super friendly hosts in Roger and Nicki.

This exceptional bed and breakfast stands out in every aspect, overseen by the lovely hosts Roger and Nicki. The rooms boast exquisite furnishings, featuring incredibly comfortable beds and high-quality bed linens. The bathrooms are well-stocked with an abundance of toiletries. Each morning, we were indulged with a truly delightful breakfast, skillfully prepared and presented with elegance. The homemade compote jams and marmalade add a special touch. Portion sizes are impressively generous as well. The setting exudes tranquility and serenity, offering picturesque views from the room's double doors that open towards the Malvern Hills. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Roger and Nicki's tasteful bed and breakfast. If you're attending a wedding at Homme House, this is undoubtedly the perfect accommodation choice.

This b&b is a real find. Fantastic room (Wisteria) with the most glorious view over the Malvern Hills. Nicki and Roger couldn't be better hosts and the cup of tea and cake on arrival was a godsend after a tough, long car journey. The room itself was beautifully furnished and the bathroom with its walk in shower was super clean with plenty of hot water. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing, with home made jams, locally pressed apple juice available along with cereals, yogurt etc with a fab cooked breakfast to follow. We were part of a wedding party and stayed two nights. Can't recommended this place highly enough!

This was a first trip after quite some time and we were looking for a short getaway following some unexpected illness. Nikki and Roger were perfect hosts, accommodating our specific needs with no fuss and great warmth. The lodge was all that we hoped for and more - the view through the glass frontage was just spectacular.

We were delighted to discover this really beautiful place to stay. The situation and surroundings of the lodge are outstanding - idyllic views over the Leadon Valley and Malvern Hills literally from one's bed! Nikki and Roger provided absolutely first class accommodation, breakfast and hospitality in general. The catering was excellent and our dietary requirements (one of us is gluten-free) were more than adequately covered, with many welcome extras (including a welcome cup of tea and homemade cakes and biscuits). A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere made the whole experience one we definitely ai to repeat in the future.

Roger and Nicki were brilliant hosts, the accommodation was excellent. Beautiful views from the lodge. Nothing too much trouble. An excellent breakfast, and when the weather was so good Roger suggested we might like to eat outside on the terrace a lovely treat. Thank you both , would highly recommend.

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights for a wedding at Hellens. This place is a little gem. There are fabulous views and a tranquil garden. We stayed in the cottage with its own downstairs sitting room and a lovely bedroom and en-suite bath and shower room upstairs. The stairs are quite steep which may not suit everyone. The tv didn’t work for us and we could only get WiFi in the garden and breakfast room, but this wasn’t really an issue as we were quite busy! The breakfasts are delicious and Nicki and Roger lovely hosts.
