This doesn't look like much of a hotel from the outside, however once inside you will feel the warmth & friendliness. The rooms are all nicely decorated in typical British style, very clean & the beds are comfortable. There are a number of outbuildings with a variety of room sizes & styles. The bar & restaurant areas are clean &...

Booked at short notice for Sunday lunch, the pub was very, very busy but we were served quickly and the lunch arrived without delay. It was a good roast beef with all the trimmings at a reasonable cost.

We called in here after walking around Lynford. Parking is not easy if you choose a busy time. It's an old, unspoilt pub with character and friendly staff. That said, I got charged £19.80 for two starters of whitebait (£4.95 each) glass of white wine (£3.80) which made my pint of Amstel in the region of £6. An honest mistake I'm...

I have been staying in this hotel for work for a few nights over a couple of weeks. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is delicious and made to order. I have unfortunately not had the pleasure of dining here for dinner, but have heard good things about it. There is a convenient...

Stayed weekend here and although the room we had was lovely ;the food was perfect at dinner and breakfast the service was awful slow at breakfast times. Actually had to ask member of staff to take our hot food order on one of the mornings. During the night area was very noisy with persons leaving the pub area and walking...

We stayed at The Crown Hotel as it allowed a dog. The room we were given had direct access to a small outside area which was great however, it was the hottest few days of the year and we didn't want to open the ground floor window to the street or the door to the garden area over night so...

We have just returned from a weekend break. However the Dairy room we stayed in would have been great as a single room occupancy and not a two person room,as it was really small, if the room could have lost half the furniture in it that would have been an improvement. On the plus side good breakfasts and the evening...

I stayed at the Crown for a couple of nights and found it a pleasant place with efficient, attentive staff. The room was clean and well appointed and the food was good pub food/English breakfast type of fayre, not pretending to be fine dining. It appears to be quite a popular place with commercial customers as there were a lot...

We stayed here for our sons wedding in August. Our room wasn't big enough to swing the cat that wandered in and sat on the bed. We had 2 rooms both that were dated, we saw other rooms that were bigger and more modern we were just unlucky. The breakfast was a random affair as they seemed unable to cope...

Nice hotel. Stayed in room 11/12.so lots of room for us two. Breakfast good. Staff freindly and reasonable cost. Stayed here to visit family. Had a day trip to Nofolk broads and hired a small boat. Also went to Great Yarmouth. An ideal base. Would stay again and recomend.
