I am still staying at Hilton Sydney , and it seems that they have the most pathetic service and arrogant staff Due to some battery issues , I was unable to enter my room today after a long day . I kept waiting for an hour standing but nothing happened before the duty manager was contacted and I was put...

stayed 4 nights 2 weeks ago,lovely room,great views,great bathroom/ produts best yet .very impressed with the food although very pricey.now for the big nasty draw back,the fridge mini bar was very well stocked as was the bed side mini bar,if you removed any item and even put it back immediately the item is charged to your room straight away,not good...

Warm helpful staff made my stay at the Hilton really great. I was very happy with my room and amenities. I had an amazing dinner in the restaurant - which required a good workout at the gym in the morning. The gym was well equipped and much better than a standard hotel gym. Happy to recommend the Hilton.

Stayed in the Hilton for only one night, arriving after a very long flight. Everyting was exactly right: friendly reception staff, nice room and great breakfast. Rooms at the higher floors offer great views.

Hilton treat people who book through 3rd parties [ or in my case 4th parties ] Qantas via Expedia as second rate guests - I was subject to terse service, a less than honest recording of my photo idea and no recourse when I asked to see the terms and conditions that I had agreed to, which if I had...
