It's going under major renovation! However, that is also good news for them when its done! :) As a guest, they did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a lovely view of the Opera House and a wonderful breakfast. Yes, the renovation is a pain but it wasn't enough to be a deal breaker. The...

So it's my first visit to the hotel. Checkin area is cramped and no separate lines for Marriott Rewards members. Executive lounge is dated but the food is good and the staff were great. The room is underwhelming but modern. So far so good though and no significant complaints.

Just stayed at the Marriott building site in Sydney! It would have been nice to have been informed that it was a building site before booking. The price was excessive given room and beautiful view of concrete from my window - good value you are joking. I've stayed in Marriott's in many places but this was nothing compared to even...

Perfect location with a beautiful view and for that reason I decided to have a weekend with my wife to celebrate hour aniversary, I couldn't be happier with the valet parking service and easy check in, however there is some renovations underway and anyone should understand that situation. The staff in the lobby was helpful and organized for us a...

Stayed at this hotel before. Great location. However, during this visit the hotel is under major renovation. No lobby, slow elevators, limited meal choices, etc. Not sure how smart it is to keep the hotel open during the renovation. Strongly suggest you check the renovation status before staying here.

Alot of construction on lower floor and outside entrance didn't help. Good location of course and had the bridge view room which had an angled view of bridge. Room ok but not as modern as price says it should be. Didn't compare rates with neighboring hotels but would definitely do that before staying here again, especially considering the construction

Although there are renovations underway in the lobby and restaurant areas we had no problem with noice in our room. We do strongly suggest that music in the lobby be kept to a much lower volume and of a more RELAXING nature... because of this it was often difficult to communicate with staff at the front desk. We commend the...

This hotel is located right in the heart of Sidney. It is just a short walk from the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, the Royal Botanical Gardens and First Fleet Park. The hotel and staff are great too! Oh and Starbucks is just across the street.

We love our view of the Opera House. the makeshift lounge had a better than average breakfast. The concierge is super...giving us great ideas for time in Sydney. I wish there had been a late night bar for a nightcap to sit and visit and recap our day. Quick transportation available from here.

I usually give The Marriottt, great reviews, but during my stay here in Sydney, I was very disappointed. Sydney Marriott was not a good stay. I'm use to 5 star heck even very good 4 star, but Sydney Marriott came up 3 stars here. My friend walked me to the AMP to buy some disinfectant to pour in the shower...
