Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.

Rooms are clean but getting dated. Lifts were a problem and it was easier to walk down fire escape than try to catch one. Breakfast was crowded and noisy, little cafe next door is a better option. This is a great location and a reputable brand but is a last resort for me.

Nice hotel, nice room, good location - near Hyde Park, walking distance to the Museum train station - that takes you to Circular Quay and/or to the airport. Also near buses that take you to Bondai beach or Cooggee beach.

Everything was up to scratch except for the elevators. The location is good close to public transport. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice and plenty of room. Good pub meals close by and adequate shopping facilities for necessities

Wrong room type supplied at check-in. None of booking type available and staff displayed a "too bad" attitude. Hotel is of budget standard at a mid price point. There are much better out there for the money.

Pleasantly surprised. Great location, is close to public transport, easy to gey around to the City or Bondi, and approximately a 30 minute walk to Circular Quay. Close to parks and Oxford Street. Would stay here again.

best way to get in from the Sydney airport--cab, public transport or...?
Hi Henry! it all depends on how many people are traveling. If it is just yourself then the best way is to catch a train to Museum train station direct or sometimes you will need to change trains at Central to get to Museum. If you are traveling with another person then Uber is the best way. Kind Regards,
