This room meet my needs and was good value! Simple furnishings, clean and modern. The welcome package and fridge were bonuses. As a single traveler the room with two twin beds was ample because I could spread my stuff out. If traveling with two it would have been tight. They could fit a wardrobe/dresser very easily if they move floor...

Great value for money. The location was also good, about 10 mins walk to botanical gardens, and a further 15 to the Opera House. Nice bar/restaurants on the street too. The single room I had including all mod cons and was nicely decorated, would definitely recommend. Staff were also friendly and helpful from the moment I booked online.

I stayed for 11 nights in single room. The room is clean and stylish but very small (8 meters). At first I have no problems with the small size of the room, but perhaps since I stay too long & my shopping items keeps accumulated during the trip the room definitely too cramped for 3 luggage. There is window but...

We stayed in Sydney for a weekend after a long trip in NZ. The rooms are big enough with a wet room ensuite and the hotel itself is well located in Potts Point. It's on quite a lively road so whilst we were OK with earplugs on the third floor, it may be noisier on lower floors. The emails before...

Stayed there for 2 days in Jan 2017, had a tidy room, nothing special, but everything you need was there, very clean, and no problems with noise or the equipment/facilities. Friendly stuff as well, and cery close to the Botanical Garden and The Rocks. Can fully recommend it.

If you are after a decent sleep and shower for your travel; this is good enough given it's convenient location with many bars and restaurants nearby and short walks to the king cross station, royal botanical gardens & nsw art gallery. I'll stay again if I'm in sydney again.

The room was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lots of services in area. Very safe area to walk in. Location only 15 minute walk from Royal Botanical Gardens (beautiful) My only wish is that there is a common area to visit in or relax.

Good clean room that met our needs very well. The hotel is simple; not a great deal of space but we enjoyed our 4 day stay very much perhaps aided by the great brekkies served downstairs and good access to train, shops and walks and views.

The location is good with an easy access to restaurants and cafes and close to the royal botanical garden. Rooms need more attention regarding the cleanness, since the bathroom floor was full of fungi and as a result room was smelly. Overall a pleasant stay with an affordable cost.
