First of all I'd like to say this is one of the best b&b's I've ever stayed in, you're collected from arrival and even have luggage carriers which leaves you with less to carry, we were shown to our room which had a great comfy double bed, once settled in you get the pleasure of tucking into a warm homemade...

We had to take our daughter to CSU and had never been to Wagga before. I hate motel rooms-retro brown and orange do nothing for me (I remember the 70's.Yuk!) We were absolutely thrilled with Dunn's B&B. It was gorgeous! Loads of character, lovely antiques and the best breakfasts (real eggs and real coffee)! Les and Kate were extremely welcoming...

We had a lovely visit with Les and Kate. They are great at hospitality and the place was very nicely appointed and clean. Les even took quite some time with my talkative husband explaining about everything. I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B for anyone and will certainly be booking with them next time need a place to stay...

You will certainly feel welcome at Dunn's. You can tell Les and Kate really enjoy running the B & B and meeting the travellers. They have done a wonderful job in restoring (really rebuilding) the old house. Nice rooms with spacious ensuite and very private. Walking distance to the botanical gardens and zoo, which is certainly worth a look- and...

Les and Kate made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There was some fantastic cooking smells coming from the kitchen, Kate was baking for Christmas. She shared home made biscuits and coconut ice (still warm....yum!) for our afternoon tea. Later, Les took us for a spin in his 1929 Buick, quite a lovely experience, especially as my partner...

Thank you Les and Kate for this gem in Wagga. One phone call and we were booked in. Phone call from Les while we were en route in pouring rain to direct us to the undercover parking. As others have mentioned, a warm welcome and delicious afternoon tea on arrival. Unfortunately we weren't able to take up Les' offer of...

My husband and I recently took a short driving holiday to Canberra via Jerilderie and Wagga We had booked a night at Dunn's Bed and Breakfast before we left home, and were pleased to meet Les and Kate when we arrived. Les has an electic collection of memorabilia from his family home and was delighted to be able to discuss...

Les welcomed me warmly and nothing was too much trouble for him. His wife was away so unfortunately, I didn't get to meet her. My bed was very comfy, the room warm and cosy and I slept well undisturbed by noise. Freshly laid eggs and bacon accompanied by organic coffee will always win me over. I will definitely be back...

We recently had the pleasure of spending a few nights at Dunns and found it a relaxing experience. We were recommended by a friend and not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble for Les, from a local tour in his Buick to a cuppa and home baked goodies after being out for the day. The rooms are very clean and...

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable & homey place with a character where you feel welcome, stay at Dunn's. If you'd enjoy home-made sweets by Kate, and Les' s Buik to drop you off and pick you up from the town, stay at Dunn's. If you love good chat and laughs with lovely couple, stay here. My teenage...
