We were really disappointed with this hotel. We stayed at the pullman for two nights first and they were amazing, extremely attentive. We were expecting the same service. Huge disappointment. My partner was rushed to hospital from the hotel at 11am on our day of checkout. I asked for a trolley to pack my room quickly to get to my...

The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the major shopping streets (Albert and Queens Street), the Eagle Street riverbank district, and the museums and art galleries on the SouthBank. The station is literally underneath the hotel, so transport is very convenient. We had a double room on the 12th floor. The room...

As platinum Accor members we stay in Sofitel or M Gallery when we travel, which is often. We checked in for a night in Sofitel Brisbane and were told there were no suites available and so given keys to a club room only to find other guests belongings (clothes, suitcase, handbag etc) in the room we had been given( not...

If you're a Brisbane local and want the perfect lush staycation, try here! After an unceremonious break up, I grabbed my best girlfriend and decided to spend a night in luxury. And it was brilliant. After being greeted by such polite and attentive staff, I was given my room two hours before check in and treated to a beautiful room...

I've stayed in a few Sofitels around the world and usually have a great time with exceptional service, good breakfasts, free wifi and comfortable beds. I found this one lacked in all of the above. Wouldn't stay again. Overpriced for what I paid. The breakfast was the worst one I have ever had in any hotel around the world. Pretty...

Was surprised that the train station is just below the hotel. It is so convenient especially we dont drive and we take the train to meet our friends at various station. Moreover Sofitel Central is centrally located to shopping malls , a beautiful Church , St Stephens Cathedral , Post office . A nice park just across the hotel.

The hotel is located exactly on the central station (the same building). The service is excellent, but the installation could be better. The pool is busy on sun days and the gym is very simple for a 5 stars hotel
