If you're looking for that dirty wannabe hippie lifestyle where everyone walks around barefoot this is the place for you. Facilities were appalling, dirty dishes and food all over the counters in kitchen, open food in the cramped fridge, people's personal hygiene items scattered around the toilet and washroom areas. Oh, and don't even think about swimming in the pool.

I'm not sure why this place has such mixed reviews. We had a great time staying here, really nice rooms, brand new showers and toilets which were always spotless, nice pool and lots of social areas but also very chilled out. Free hourly shuttle bus to the city centre was so convenient. The vibe of the place made it good...

We travelled the east coast of Australia in march 2016 and stayed in a lot of different hostels....and this was by far the worst! To start with we couldn't get parked in the car park as they let people sleep in their cars there so had to park quite far from the hostel on a street where you could only...

Cozy hostel with a great common area for meeting other travellers (eating area, games, tv) Dorms very hot and not very comfy beds, but still good for a low price. Offers shuffle in to town every hour, and transfer to buss station if needed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hostel is in a really nice area of brisbane, it is not in the city center but the hostel has a free shuttle that takes you in every hour and that also brings you back. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The showers have good water pressure, the hostel is pretty clean and the beds are good. I...

Nice hostel in the west end quarter of Brisbane. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to south bank an Roma street. 4 share room was spacious with a new bathroom ensuite. The hostel is quite big but manages to keep the family atmosphere :) No free wifi and you have to pay for kitchen plates...

Somewhere to stay was my first hostel experience, i arrived from the airport early morning to the hostel and was welcomed by the staff, i had a short wait to get into my room which i didn't mind as i was so early. My single room was very basic, but clean and perfect for my 2 night stay. the shared...

I stayed there 10 days in a 8 beds room. You may think that's a lot of beds, but the room was really big. You can afford to be messy there. All the facilities were all above average but in the same time not at the top. The kitchen was a bit small compare to the size of the hostel....

Half the place was a building site. Facilities were basic and not the cleanest. Room was freezing and looked like a prison cell only lasted one night. Location was out of the way in a residential area.

staff really nice, friendly & helpful. we got a free upgrade from a private room to a room with an ensuite because of building works. Clean room, had a tv with good channels. only downside is no free wifi anywhere. free shuttle. will probably be better than you think, name undersells it.

Thank emberjoi
