Chose this place on reading previous reviews, and it didn't disappoint. It is in a nice quiet area, a short walk away from the CBD. Room was very clean and comfortable. We did encounter a few cockroaches in the bathroom, but they quickly got killed! Geoff was a welcoming and friendly host. Breakfast was awesome, with plenty of choice, and...

We enjoyed our stay a year ago and booked for another 2 nights near Christmas. We were happy to see the same friendly owner. Geof is a wonderful host, eager to assist, chatty and he makes a super breakfast. The choices range from granola, fruit, yogurt, toast pancakes, to deli meat, cheese and eggs. There is something for all tastes....

We had a small but very comfortable room and Geoff was a wonderful host. His knowledge of the city and directions were the best resource we could have. The breakfast porch and mini-park in the yard were a great place to relax in the afternoon with a glass of wine.

I'm happy to report that the reviews are as good as they say. Geof was fantastic and his B & B is beautiful! We rented the top floor bedrooms and were very happy with them. Geof's pancakes are unforgettable! We definitely felt very spoiled the entire time of our stay. We enjoyed happy hour and almost everything we wanted to...
