It's our 3rd stop in cairns and we planned for skydiving and snorkeling. Inn cairns is very close to the terminal where everyone departs for the ocean activists, around 10 minutes walk. The apartment is big, provided with washing machine and kitchenette. The bed is comfortable. Their house keeping only comes once for 4 days. Towels are not replaced, we...

Our apartment was very comfortable, had everything you need and was very spacious. We chose to look out onto the pool and the tropical trees but the views higher up are great as well. Really liked the boutiquey feel, it's a smaller sized apartment block which we liked and very nice to have tropical trees throughout. The location couldn't be...

The only advantage is good location, very convenient, especially the supermarket is just in front of the apartment. However, the room is quite dirty. There were lots hair in our room and on the sofa. Besides, we felt itchy and suffered skin rash since we stayed in the apartment. It seems there was bed bugs or mites. The kitchen facilities...

I was fortunate to "live" in room 103 of Inn Cairns for 7 weeks from November-December 2016 and it was simply a great experience from start to finish. From the welcoming smiles and helpful information on Day 1 to my last day there I felt like the apartment-hotel was "home" for me and I can't think of any other place...

I flew up to Cairns for two nights to go scuba diving on the great barrier reef from Sydney. I wanted something that was close to the harbor and close to downtown. I took a shuttle that cost me $15 Australian. The hotel is not new but it is clean. My room had a full kitchen, big bathroom, living room,...

This apartment hotel is in a good location: opposite the supermarket and bottleshop, surrounded by ATMs, walking distance to the Esplanade, Night Markets and Reef Fleet Terminal. However I do not recommend staying here because: 1. Reception Hours - So limited that it's a real inconvenience. They'd obviously rather not pay staff than actually provide service to their customers. When...

Thank you for your review, and it is a shame that we were not able to address these issues for you while you were here. I know it can be difficult if you have long days planned, and not returning until our reception has closed, but sending an email or a simple note under the door of reception, would have...
