It was a beautiful place. With an amazing pool and it was very comfortable with air con and fans and cable to with comfy bed. A really nice balcony overlooking the pool, a nice poolside bar. I look forward to coming back.

The pool is awesome, and tammy at reception has the best customer service, as really helpful. Thats about it for the positives though, the couches in the room and pillow on the couch stunk like they have never been cleaned. Breakfast was dissapointing, no eggs, no crossaunts, no danish pastries. They do state its continental, but abit of effort would...

The bar pool needs to be attended more often, i spent a lot of time waiting to be served, other than that, was absolutely brilliant!! Really enjoyed our semi private pool right outside our room, every thing was easily accessible..

Such a beautiful hotel, quiet and lovely grounds but it stops there. WiFi charges are exorbitant. On the way to our room after a new staff person tried valiantly to get us checked in (no assistance from the manager) we noticed dirty carpet, chipped walls, poorly painted doors and dirty tiles. The room was a "B" room which on first...

Its popular with families... and it was school holiday time .Most of the rooms overlook the main pool and it seems the older you are the higher up your room is.... with no lift this can be...

Beautiful hotel surrounded by pools and gardens. Room had private balcony as well as a complete kitchen. Considered a self service hotel, there was no room service. Very comfortable and walking distance to town and the ocean.

Room spacious but balcony too enclosed. Good location. Continental breakfast a bit average. Pool area was nice, especially quiet due to low season. Be good for families. Asked if an ice bucket was possible and told 'I have no ice", strange when their is a pool bar on site.
