Have stayed here a few times now and enjoyed and was happy with each stay. Was told about the different management and told business as normal. I think it was better than normal myself. Breakfast was good the gardens and spaces made this Balinese inspired place look great. The staff were helpful and always cheerful. The room was very nice,...

Stayed here for a week in early June. The resort itself is quite good - our one bedroom apartment had a kitchenette, which was very helpful to cook our own meals in every now and then. The pools were relaxing and nice to sit by for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The worst part is that noise travels...

Having never been to Port Douglas before, we were extremely excited to arrive. The Hibiscus looked very nice when we arrived, although it did look a little aged.Check in was easy and our room looked very comfortable - and it was. The convenient location of this accommodation was brilliant - 5 minute walk to everything. 2 things I would suggest...

This was a perfect place to stay, short walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, beach and marina. Lovely Balinese style hotel - friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxing stay. Definitely recommend.

We have just returned after five nights at Hibiscus Resort to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Cannot decide what I enjoyed the most from this resort - was it the welcoming smiles from Jay on our arrival, the lovely quiet unit, the delicious healthy breakfasts by the pool and being cared for by the delightful Ah, the massage, the pools...

The surrounds, pools and overall vibe is tranquility and calm. We arrived late in the evening, but were able to get to our room with minimum of fuss. The next morning we were greeted by the receptionist who was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a continental breakfast each day by the pool, basic cereals toast and fruit...

We stayed there last week for 8 nights in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and as usual it was very relaxing and comfortable. The back pool is wonderfully warm and the bean bags are great fun to float around on. The breakfast host Ah is a wonderfully happy laughing woman who enjoys talking to the customers and making them...

We have stayed here before and love it for its position, walking distance to everything. Shannon on reception was extremely helpful and always willing to offer assistance, even when meeting her down the street she stopped for a chat. Scott gave me one of the best massages I have ever had, very professional and exactly what I needed and wanted....
