Stayed in the one bedroom apartment with plunge pool with access to the spa. Apartment was spacious and had two flat panel tvs. Full kitchen meant we could self cater when we wanted. Spoiled for choice with the range of swimming pools. Staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Only tip is if you are booking...

Good tip Belinda about the shuttles. There are about six different shuttle companies so if you do have a multi-trip ticket, a lot of shuttles can pass you by before the one you have purchased a multi trip turns up. Alternatively once you catch a shuttle, you can get the drivers mobile number (business card) and call them whenever you...

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. We have been lucky enough to have the ensuite jacuzzi in our room terrace! The hotel offers different swimming pools with salty water and there are covered areas where the guests can cook and eat. The staff is very kind and friendly. Very nice hotel!

Thank you Paolina for submitting a review and telling others about our Hotel Spa Rooms. The pools are indeed salt water chlorinated which don’t have the strong chlorine smell some pools have. A lot more friendly on your eyes too! We trust you had a safe trip home and we thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Stayed just 2 nights very musty smell between entrance and room entrance had to ask people in pool below our room at 6 pm to keep it down children screaming and yelling couldn't sit on balcony because of the noise level. So for couple wanting a relaxing time I wouldn't suggest it. For families yes pools looked great clean and...

Sorry Deborah I am sorry there were some noisy kids in the pool at the time of your visit. And the fire alarm during the night would not have helped either. Fortunately we have those fire systems installed to protect our guests and occasionally there is a technical issue. I am pleased to read though our staff followed procedures and...

We stayed at the oaks lagoons port douglas choosing to book a plunge pool unit. The unit was clean, quiet and spacious. The plunge pool and outdoor patio was fantastic. The friendly team at oaks even allowed us to use the spa in the next apartment next door making our stay even more wonderful. We will definitely book here again...

The plunge pool apartments are a nice way to get a little added privacy to your stay. They are also very popular for families with very young children who like to keep their children under control in a secure courtyard and thus not needing to be chased down around the resort. Look forward to welcoming you back when you can...

Recently stayed at this hotel with my Best Friend for a girls weekend away. We stayed in a spa room on the top floor, found the room to be private, Room clean and adequate for what we needed for the weekend. During the day it can be noisy in the pool areas with children but you have 6 pools to...

Great apartment with swim out. Suited us perfectly. Seventh stay at Oaks and will be back again. Pool was always inviting and perfect temperature. And the Barbecue area - spent a fun Saturday night with friends there. Location close to 4 Mile Beach and Wild Life Sanctuary is ideal. And only 5 mins. drive to Macrossan St. And the friendly...

Thank you! It was such a pleasure having you stay with us. It is a lovely time of the year to relax in Port Douglas as the weather is simply fabulous and generally it is not so busy at this time of the year so that seems to amplify the relaxed feeling our little coastal village. The BBQ’s are a...

We stayed here very recently and found it be perfect for our needs. A large room, somewhat dated but nice and clean. As the name suggests Lagoons are everywhere. By that I mean long swimming pools beside each set of rooms. Ground floor rooms have their own direct access to their pool. Upstairs, obviously, have to walk down to the...

It was a pleasure having you stay with us and appreciate reading our property suited your needs. We are proud of our BBQ areas, and are a great way to have a meal at home whilst on holidays. Good room for a medium price, would go again. Couple of kms into heart of Port Douglas, much better than Cairns. Handy for trips to the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree rain forest and the Atherton Tablelands
