We stayed at the resort from Friday 25-monday 28 as our club was competing at the AASCF cheer and dance nationals so busy as on the Gold coast and also Schoolies at the same time. The Room we stayed in consisted of a queen bed and a single in the main room and 2 singles in the kids Room. Bathroom... More

This was a great place for the kids. Location is pretty good, being a short walk from the beach & Caville Avenue. Rooms are pretty basic, but the selection of things to do for kids is great & more than makes up for that. If you are going for a relaxing couples weekend thin isn't the place, but if you... More

I planned this overnight stay months in advance. I even went to the resort for them to show me the room types. When we got to our room we were given one of the old style rooms on the road side. Very very old style. Not worth the money spent. The worst part of the whole stay was the keys... More

Hi LOUISE C, Thank you for taking the time to review our resort based on your recent stay with us. It is disappointing to hear that the room type you booked was not to your standards nor in the area of the resort you were hoping for. We have many different room types and styles located all around our resort... More

Stayed at this great resort last week. So many activities and things to do for all ages. We took our 1 &1/2 year old and she loved getting around the toddler water park and going on the playgrounds. The food i think is reasonably priced considering you don't have to leave the park. Can't wait to bring little miss back... More

Just got back from paradise resort. We decided to surprise the kids with a holiday that was 'just for them' and I have to say, it was the holiday of a lifetime for them and a HUGE mum and dad win! We booked two interconnecting standard room and were upgraded to two interconnecting superior rooms. I highly recommend this option... More

Paradise Resort is a nice big open common area and several pools and plenty of places for the kids to play. It really is centralised around the kids. If anything I just say that the rooms are generally just like any other motel room, but that's really not a complaint more an observation. Staff are really helpful, difference between pool... More

It was my worst hotel I have stayed in Australia ever, the feeling was even worse than staying in a motel. Couple of points I was attracted by: 1- water park, sounds lots of fun for my little boy. It was ok, but if you decide to go to theme parks, you don't need to stay here at all. As... More

This place was a disaster from start to finish. We really wanted a break for all the family and this placed seemed to advertise this with its adult zones and kids club. We very much mistaken. We were located in Dusty Digs….which were the Digs of the resort. We had a family room. The air con rattled throughout the night... More

Paradise Resort is billed as Heaven for kids, paradise for parents. This isn't far from the truth... if you have smaller kids. We spent 3 nights in a Junior Bunkhouse room. It had a simple partition between the main queen bed and bunks for the kids. The kids thought it was the coolest and we enjoyed being able to unwind... More
