Located in an pleasant street easy walking distance to Victoria Square , where the tram departs to Glenelg or city. Kitchens Available for use . Lovely old sandstone building, good size rooms, & shutters & curtains for a dark sleeping environment .

All aspects excellent from book in to departure.Staff courteous and helpful.Room spacious and clean.Common kitchen excellent if on budget to cook and dine in.Common lounge room gives space and feeling of past hotel experience.Return for sure

I booked quite a while ahead for the last week of the festival. My room was large, attractive with a good bed and a shower room. Everything was comfortable. There was a large equipped kitchen with dining area out onto a balcony for self catering. Excellent reliable wifi. Log on only once at the start of your stay with provided...

Overall good stay- staff great. Corridor smelled of fly spray but otherwise great. Good cooking facility if you need it. Handy for the city- 10 minute flat walk to the centre. Room was fine but a little tired in places.

Pro's: Service at check in was fantastic, the building has a cosy feel to it, the rooms are quite large, the bed was very comfortable, wifi. Cons: The shower was just a little cramped. Overall very happy with my stay, I would visit again.
