Staying five nights in a hostel with construction underneath is not to good an experience so I strongly advice in calling ahead and finding out the status quo. In addition, the room I stayed in was not the one I booked. I ended up sleeping in something alike to a lunchbox (1 bunkbed, not much room to move) with the... More

I stayed here three days. When I saw the pictures I thought 'this is a nice one' and I do think it can be. When I arrived unfortunately there was work in progress. There was no nice entrance, the computers could not be used (because of the dust). A lot off noise during the day (I was out most of... More

This is a great hostel if you want a room of your own. Updated, clean, airy, and presentable. All the ammenities are at hand. Basic single and a double with fridge and TVs. Computers to use. Not far from the CBD. I would not look for any other hostel.

Right in the middle of things Hostel 109 is a great choice with good shared facilities, comfortable rooms and bed, lots of hot water and friendly host and staff. The wifi is the best I have experienced in awhile.

Originally we had not planned to stay in Adelaide after purchasing a 4WD but after a dear friend of ours suddenly arrived into Adelaide and checked into the Hostel (as they offer a variety of helpful services such as free bike hire) we decided to stay the night. We were so glad we did! Our room was really nice and... More

Nice and simple hostel with helpful staff, wifi is a bit sketchy in some places but it's free, located very close to the city centre. Single room was a bit small but was clean and furniture was in good condition. Bathrooms and showers were also very clean.

We got a double room in Hostel 109. There were no window on the street, the air of the room was though not so fresh but everything else was good. Toilets and bathroom were very clean, the staf was really kind and the kitchen was huge.

I already stayed in a lot of Hostels but this is the number 1. They should rename to Hostel 1 because it have all you need to feel like home. Josh, the Manager, and Trevor, the Owner, are 5 stars Mates and always ready to help. Rooms are comfortable and a lot of easy going guests. I would not be... More

Owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. Small, comfortable, pretty clean hostel with free computer use. Always felt comfortable here. Location is in walking distance from pretty much everything. Showers could have been hotter and wifi was a bit touch and go but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.
