I am very concerned to read about your experience. Due to full time staff being on holiday we have had to use some casual assistance in the office and would like to be able to address this directly but would need to know the date and time of your call. The staff have been given training on the correct way to manage a phone call and this staff member requires at least a revision of her training and attitude. We do strive to give good service and if you could contact me directly I will en-devour to give you the service that we pride ourselves on
