Great place to stay. Quiet, relaxing and comfortable. We found At Eleven to be exactly as described, an added extra was having the owner living in her own quarters at the rear of the property. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, plenty of space for two people, a great location and the bed is even better than you expect...

Charming one bedroom cottage has everything you need for one or several nights away. More personal (and better value) than a hotel in a location close to Hobart's CBD. I would stay here again when in Hobart.

Set in the Sandy Bay suburbs, At Eleven initially hid its charms and comfort behind an anonymous exterior. However this house actually felt like a home, full of character and reflected the warmth of its owner, Karen, who has, as others have said on this site, thought of everything a traveler needs and requires. This cottage is well placed for...

We stayed in late January and found At Eleven a perfect base for our week in Hobart. Karen was very welcoming and has set the house up to a high level of comfort. I honestly felt like I had moved into a home I had bought and decorated myself! The area is very close to the city but has a...

A great character cottage in an excellent part of Hobart. A real home away from home. Exceptional bed and bathroom, and comfortable lounge area with everything you would want in such a place. Karen has thought of everything to make the stay just great, including quality bathroom toiletries, coffee machine, tea, breakfast supplies, computer and wifi, tv and dvds/dvd player...

This is the perfect place to experience how the "locals live" (that is, the locals who are lucky enough to live in such a great part of Hobart). We were delighted to be able to stay in a Tasmanian character cottage in such a trendy and friendly part of town. The Sandy Bay area is just oozing with charm as...

This is a real gem of a place - set in a lovely part of Hobart with the benefits of a B&B and the freedom of self catering. As well as lovely comfortable and quirky accommodation and a sunny courtyard, Karen has thought of every possible luxury, right down to a family sized bar of Cadburys milk chocolate. The 25...

We stayed for three nights in the first week of December and loved this gorgeous little house in the lovely inner city suburb of Sandy Bay. Karen (the owner) has created a place with enormous charm and decorative flair and great attention to detail in terms of comfort and facilities. We loved our stay here and will keep coming back...

We had a lovely stay at 'At Eleven' in Hobart. Everything you could need is available in this lovely cottage which is convenient to all areas of the city. Being able to have our own space which wasn't just a room in a hotel was a great luxury and the addition continental breakfast being available was great. They even have...
