Location - near to route 57 tram which goes to Elizabeth St junction with flinders st, this one is a pay tram. Or for the free tram walk to flagstaff parl/kings st for the start of the free trams as well as. The circle tram which gives commentary and does a circle of the central city area. Hotel is near...

First of all when we arrived they didn't let us check in, because they couldn't find a reservation for us. But I have to say, this mistake belongs to the agency which I used for the booking. But still when I showed them the booking confirmation which I get via email, they told me, that they have to charge my...

Good value hotel in west Melbourne. 10 Minute tram ride to Flinders Street Station. Good clean room and great value for the location. Would recommend to go to sports or otherwise. Onsite parking was a bonus.

We stayed for 3 nights in Jan 2015 as part of a trip along the south coast. The room, although small and basic, was good value, clean and had everything needed. Bathroom was nice and the shower was excellent. Front desk staff were helpful enough. Wifi was a bit flaky but can't complain too much for the price. As per...

The hotel is very nice, it was very clean. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many amenities like a kitchen, a laundry room at the hotel that guests can use (but I didn't). The only thing that bothered me a little was the maximum daily use of 250mb of wifi and that I had to go...

I would see this as more of a hostel, but a really nice one! Yes, the rooms are in major need of updating, but they are clean and having towels in the bathroom is great. The new kitchen is also really nice, but the best thing is the staff. They are so helpful and friendly, and help make your stay...

The management of this hotel are on to something when it comes to hospitality. Given the rooms are small and some are in desperate need of refurbishment (like the one I stayed in), a lot of thought has gone into ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. From the soap/lotion/shaving cream dispensers, wine/water glasses, tea/coffee making facilities, guest laundry room,...

The toilet is clean and spotless. All the facilities are there. Even free wifi for the room. But nice price for the room. The room is small as there is no room for separate coffee table and extra chair near. TV is on the wall. Has to call the reception to control the air con.

I wish to thank everyone out there for making our 6 days stay a very pleasant one. The front office staff were so friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is very close to tram stations but we preferred to walk to the city and all places around. After the second day it was very easy. One could take a...
