My friend and I stayed here for almost a week and loved it. It's super close to a tram into the city and there's a great park 2 minutes away. Michelle, at the front desk, is one of the most helpful and sweetest people I have met in my past 4 months of traveling. I would definitely stay here again.

We travelled to Melbourne for medical treatment, needing some accommodation near to the hospital. We found this older style but very quiet little place. Not up with all mod cons, but if all you need is a very comfy bed, old but clean bathroom, then there is nothing to complain about. Our room offered a mini kitchenette, a queen and...

As many reviews state, the bathroom is very dated but quite functional, although the shower head is way too low. Very cheap and well located 50m from tram and Jolimont railway station. Very plain but if you are just using for sleeping and getting ready it works fine. Very clean but well used. Comfortable bed. Towels changed daily but that...

These are very simple little studio apartment type accommodation. Don't expect anything fancy and you'll be fine. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you can need and being so accessible to the city center you are more than spoiled for choice of places to eat and sites to see. Public transport or walking to the city is incredibly...

great location close to MCG and other sport stadiums. Walk to the city or to restaurants easily and close to Bridge Rd for great shopping outlets. Nice quiet area but still very close to everything that Melbourne offers. 5 mins to tram and only 15 min walk to the city. Rooms are basic but have all that you need and...

Budget but not cheap accomodation on the CBD fringe. It's easy walking distance everywhere. Free parking and good base when you just want somewhere basic and clean to come back to at the end of the day.

Stayed here with two adults and 2 kids in September 2016 and found the room to be everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Was very close to transport ( Tram and Train down the road a bit) had a 7/11 on the corner and just a quick walk to the MCG.

Good service, gets all the basics right - kettle, towel change, soaps, cleanliness to name a few. Nice location for those not looking to stay in the CBD - beautiful gardens and houses around. Except for some issues with hot water it was a good experience.

Stayed twice now, probably the cheapest accommodation so close to the city ! nice rooms, always clean and tidy ! attentive housekeeping, comfy beds ! the bathrooms are dated but for the price you pay it's absolutely fine ! seen a few people complain about the parking, luckily i have never had an issue getting a park on site and...
