Recently stayed for 3 nights. Housekeeping burst into the room twice on the first day after a quick knock, tv didnt work initially, then swipe card also stopped working. The room was dated, and probably i feel it was over represented in the web pics. No mini bar, there was an old, small fridge (struggled to fit in a 6...

Stayed here last weekend for a conference. Overall a good hotel with large rooms (privilege rooms). Our airconditioning didn't seem to be working and the room control for it was very old fashioned - this didn't matter too much as the weather was cold anyway and we were warm enough. We faced some confusion at breakfast regarding prepaid breakfast package...

We needed an extra night accommodation in Melbourne - booked via Accor hotels website. The Hotel was relatively easy to get to from Melbourne CBD on tram (even with luggage). The hotel was clean, comfortable (the bed was awesome) and the room was huge (upgraded to a suite). The decor of the hotel is perhaps a little dated an in...

So I made the decision to take the Family to Melbourne for the Formula 1 something I had always wanted to do and since it was close to my 40th birthday it seemed like a good excuse. Once I decided to find a hotel close to the track which this one is like directly across the road, booked the only...

The room was spacious, comfy bed and lovely view across the lake. However, the curtains were torn which detracted from the rest of the room. The shower was satisfactory, and toiletries provided. Quiet room also.

Nice basic room overlooking the lake. Great cafe, bar and restaurants on site. Staff are really friendly, very knowledgable of the local area. 2 minute walk to the tram station. Only negative was the smokers standing right outside the main door, not pleasant for a non smoker having to walk through smoke!

A group of us stayed here in April 2017. Overall it was pretty poor. We had clothing go missing from rooms, mice, mould, dents in wall, accused of not paying for room when we had, incompetent staff, spa bubbles and jets don't work, restaurant so expensive ($40 for a main meal) we went to the hotel down the road to...
