During the 28oC days at Broome in August we really enjoyed the enormous pool within the park and the shady area. The park has double slab sites which was nice, amenities were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The office girls helped us to choose and book a tour and they had great knowledge of the...

Broome Village was a great place to stay. We stayed in a family chalet for 3 nights with my wife and 2 kids. They had everything you needed (linen, cooking equipt etc) and we were near the huge pool!! Which the kids loved!! And reasonably priced too which was great! The staff were very friendly and so helpful. We even...

We were told we should have booked a caravan park in Broome months in advance but we drove in to Vacation Village on spec at 4:30pm and they were able to offer us a site. They gave us our choice of sites (something we've rarely been offered) and when we said we wanted a site with no shade because we...

Where do I start -? Unfortunately we booked for a week. The 'for' - the staff were friendly enough. The amenities were clean. The gate cable (entrance) is simple enough to operate. The park's location is easy to find and if you drive then the shops and wharf are only minutes away. The 'against' - the park is to compact...

We stayed in an ensuite powered site 7 nights late August. We thought the tourist rush would be nearly over at that time of year. We were wrong. The town was absolutely crowded. The caravan park is nothing exceptional and expensive, but it met our needs. The sites are either concrete slab or gravel and dirt. They are of an...

We had the experience of staying at the Broome Vacation Village recently, and the experience wasn't one that I would want to repeat. Our experience started upon check in and our allocated site still had a tent set up on it. We were allocated another site which was to say the least poorly situated, dusty and also VERY noisy, both...

We were travelling with friends and family. We had booked in advance, and were guaranteed sites where we were all next to eachother. Upon arrival we were all seperated. Reception staff did not do anything to help, told us because the season had been slow they'd been told to do anything to maximise profits, even if it meant moving bookings...

After being on the road for some time and living out of a small caravan it was nice looking forward to staying in a bit of luxury, or so we thought. We were happy with the feel of the place and the staff BUT as for the accommodation, well that was a bit on the ordinary side. We stayed in...

This was a spacious cabin but with an incredibly small bathroom. Try shaving without a mirror in the bathroom! For all that we managed to be comfortable for two nights. Reception was pleasant and helpful, and there was an obvious effort to improve the facilities. Reasonable price in an expensive town.

We stayed at both - chalet and a campsite and can recommend either. Very clean and super friendly host - Peter. The only concern was a little of noise coming from the road as our chalet was very close to it. Apart from this almost perfect stay and great location to explore the area.

“Ask for a site to the rear or right of the office with a sealed road and you will be very happy to stay here. Try to avoid the sites to the left. If you do end up on the LHS then walk the extra distance to the larger and cleaner amenity block with 2 laundries in the middle of the park.”
