Great location but building are run down. Late check in due to flight delayed but unable to get the keys therefore just simply grabbed a key from the key drop box. Fully equipped with kitchenette except washing machine. Reasonable price !!

They are offering great deals now in the winter that should be taken advantage of. Other places seemed less expensive until you take in the free fast wifi, free parking, and cooking facilities which can cost over $25 extra dollars at other places. It's only a ten minute walk into Northbridge and the Beatty Recreation Park is also only a... More

Worth the prize with good location. The kitchen utensil are clean and the kitchen itself is clean and easy to use. The problem with the toilet where the water trapped on the floor. Overall it is a nice place.

Hassle-free check in, I just have to look for caretaker and get the key.. Room was pretty clean.. Location wise, Just two lanes away from William st, which is the main street and connects to the CBD and beyond.. "La Papillon" the best coffee shop ever, serves best "Flat white coffee" just across the street.. Hyde park is only in... More

I came to Perth for a month in August and I'd booked this accomodation thru Internet. I found its position very useful and also the apartment itself was pretty! The pool outside is available and when weather was good I had a great time there. I strongly recommend this accomodation if you're looking for something cheap and easy to reach.

Stayed here for six nights with my boyfriend. Slightly dated decor but very clean and comfortable but very basic. Beds were very comfy and the bathroom seemed new and clean. Wifi was great and the tv worked fine, and there was always a place to park. The pool and outside area was great too and the kitchenette had everything we... More

I booked a single bedroom apartment for 3 nights via Agoda and paid in full via online. Everything went efficiently, though note the check in and check out times. Everything in the apartment worked well. There were two single beds and one queen size bed in the room. The kitchenette had an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a four hob... More

Stayed in room 14 on the third floor for 1.5 week in January 2016. We were two adults and two kids of three and one year old. The appartment was reasonable priced and the standard was OK and suited our needs without being luxurious in any way. It had a simple AC and a flat screen TV. The beds were... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room & pool. We were able to cook our own meals with the self contained kitchen. It was walking distance to Perth railway (will take you to Cottesloe & Fremantle) & nib stadium is in walking distance. It's a budget motel but you definitely get a great deal here. I got... More
