Nice place to base for work trips. I'll stay again. Rooms quiet and clean. Can walk into city but also free buses so car only needed to visit suburbs. Staff friendly and made you feel at home. Overall good place for business stay

This was our second stay at Fraser Suites Perth. The rooms are very well equipped catering for all possible needs, delightfully furnished, and have breath taking views over the Swan river and surrounding country side. The reception staff are friendly, highly efficient and ready to help solve the slightest problem. The food in the restaurant is delicious - only comment...

This hotel has real potential and I wish I could give it a better review but so far it has just been a bit disappointing. Pros: - Lovely modern bathroom - Great gym - In-room wifi works well - When things weren't right hotel staff addressed them quickly when I let them know Cons: - It seems like every time...

We decided to organise a staycation to avoid the holiday traffic and stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights with our 4 year old. Please note that hiring the extra bed is $80 per night. We had amazing river views and the room was clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchenette with a washing machine and dryer. Indoor pool, sauna...

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The deluxe studio room (having the partial view of Swan riverside) was decent in size. The thing that I liked the most about this hotel is it is a very quiet place. The daily breakfast was amazing (having plenty of choice for the hot breakfast items). The taste of each and every...

We had a pleasant stay here with our family. It felt a bit corporate, staff always seemed to be very busy. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and we had a pleasant view. We were misinformed by a receptionist about the parking, that put a huge dampener on things, it was very difficult to secure a spot on site...

If you are in Perth for a few days, I highly recommend this place. I have stayed here a couple of times and is central to get around but is always fantastic to return to and unwind after a hard day's work. I have stayed in the one bed bedroom apartment and is well appointed without being over the top....

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. Very modern, easy and comfortable. Plenty of onsite parking and helpful staff. Good swimming pool, we didn't eat in the restaurant but it was always busy. We had a room with a balcony which was good.
