Lovely clean hotel in the middle of the cbd. Good value. We were only here for one night but our room was clean and spacious. The cafe/bar downstairs was nice although we only had drinks and coffee. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and polite. Didn't sleep well as the aircon kept going from hot to cold all...

Very spacious, well furnished, clean, comfortable. Excellent location.... just a few metres away from the Perth convention and exhibition centre. The food at the Metro grill/bar was delicious too. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay. Great comfortable bed, good facilities, close to everything in Perth city. The only thing I could fault them on was the couch, you could sit on it (it pulled out to a double bed) but the cushions on the back were a bit annoying. Other than that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very...

The entire apartment was amazing especially the balcony. The huge bed was comfy and the room spacious. Complimentary checkout at 12 was nice too and the pool looked inviting. Will definitely stay again loved the rooms and the balcony and the location was great. In the morning I walked around the corner to DOME for breakfast and it was a...

Accommodation: We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment. The living room area had floor-to-ceiling glass windows with a balcony overlooking the convention centre. Both bedrooms in the apartment also had large windows so there was a very airy feel. There was plenty of natural lighting in this apartment. Wardrobes provided were spacious with shelves for me to store/organize...

this is our 2nd stay at the Adina, this time for 4 nights. It is very well located in the CBD of Perth with large comfortable apartments and welcoming and attentive staff. There is a restaurant/bar, pool, gym on site and secure parking. The true test of a good hotel is how well its staff react to unforeseen events and the...

Great location and great staff - friendly and efficient. Alas, musty smelling room which felt really cramped. Had the worst sleep due to rock pillows and concrete mattress. The room service food was truly awful - I couldn't eat the main part of the meal :(

A very well appointed hotel with excellent room facilities - good for long stays. Parking is an additional fee ($30/day). Easy walk to all Perth has to offer and next door to bus & train. Great if you are working at the convention centre as its 50m away.
