Stayed at both Adina hotels and very happy with both, preferred the barrack street one, and hope to be back in December for Christmas ,maybe next time I'll get a apartment with a kitchen, the view from the balcony was great, plenty of food outlets near by

We really have started to enjoy this concept of "apartments" rather than hotel rooms for a short stay away from home. They are just so much more comfortable and welcoming than your standard bed, desk, and Mr. Coffee machine you get in most hotel rooms. In Adina, you walk into your apartment, past your kitchen (including fridge, microwave, sink, etc!),...

Awesome location. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious apartment. I cannot understand why hotels still charge for WiFi. Perth city provide it free. The complimentary 100 mb lasts 5 minutes. It was cheaper to go and buy a SIM and tether my devices to my phone. It's something most NZ and Australia hotels still insist on charging for.......it's nuts considering the minimal...

Great location for my purpose. Friendly staff and very helpful despite some confusion with the booking (entirely my Company travel agent fault). Apartment was of generous proportions and spotlessly clean. I will certainly be using the Adina Apartment Hotel on my next trip to Perth.

Very central with great food outlets around with the mall only meters away. On arrival it was raining and once out of the cab ran for shelter only to be poured on at the entrance due to leakage. I arrived with no one at reception, I called out to have someone appear after a minute or so with a mouthful...

First time staying here for a work trip (Adam). Location is decent as it's close to murray and hay street. Short walk to decent food. Rooms were much bigger than expected. Decent lounge room to relax with a decent size business table so I can do my work. Plenty of power points near table for charging laptops etc. Balcony is...

Overall very good and comfortable. Kitchenette well set up. Small fridge. TV operation not user 'friendly' with no instructions, on screen prompts very cryptic. Reception staff excellent. Rooms are in need of some repair and upgrade particularly the bathroom.

I booked an apartment for myself, husband and 2 daughters. The apartment was 2 bedroom and 2 huge bathrooms. Kitchen was not overly large but sufficient including full size oven and dishwasher. It seemed to be a very quiet hotel compared to some we have stayed in. Maybe the guests were a little more considerate as there weren't too many...

The rooms in the apartment are very spacious, but 2 items lets this place down.... The room / lift keys which are faulty - I had mine re-set 3 times in 3 days and the location is on a fringe of the city which is a little seedy. The staff are friendly and helpful, but small items could be better.
