I enjoyed my stay. I had to get help from another guest to get the elevator going as staff had not advised me that I needed to swipe my door access card first. Quite pleasant however. Would stay there again.

No on-site parking, no parking at reception to drop-off or pick-up luggage along with the hidden bond cost upon booking-in made it an unpleasant experience from the start. NOT on my return list or referrals.

I enjoyed my stay here mainly due to the good location and very helpful staff, who went out of their way to assist. However since my departure I have been charged for a missing item that was most definitely not missing when I left. I have queried this and received no response.

Nice appartment, but experience lessened by staff. staff need to be more proactive and hepful staff need to know basic information for guests, example, where is somewhere good and close by to eat. answer, you can walk down to Queen St and look along there> Really, staff should be able to answer this simple question with some ideas for travellers.

Staff need to better trained in all aspects of new people to New Zealand. This was our first time in NZ. Overseas. Europe, USA and some Asian countries have a better idea in dealing with tourist to there country. After all they need to make a huge impact for tourist and give positive outcomes.

Cleaning is poor. No vacuuming or wiping; only change of sheets and towels. I went more than a week without even that until I complained. Even then, it was, well they are scheduled to come in a few days. I didn't expect hotel quality cleaning, but I did expect some attention to the carpet at least once a week. Otherwise...
