Great position, close to Newmarket and on bus route. Very comfortable. Has cooking, good shower, good nights sleep. Has everything you need Great value if you don't want to spend a fortune. Stayed while visiting daughter

I have just stayed here on a business trip. I would never return. Very dated room, kitchen run down and not clean with bars on the window, stained carpets, very grubby net curtains. All linen and bathroom towels were clean, but generally the place was well below par. Owners friendly and welcoming.
