Arrived after booking through booking.com. Was told I had to pay a $300 deposit on the room when it wasn't specified when booking the rooms. got to the room. no mini bar. so no need for a deposit, mold in the corners of the shower. had to quickly get to work. Arrived back to the hotel after work to find...

We were more than delighted with our apartment. It was clean and well presented and everything was there that we required for a two night stay. Great parking and close to everything we planned to do in the centre of the city, meant we did not use our car at all.The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was...

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of a 3 week hol in NZ. We were rather disappointed. The receptionists were not very friendly, it was very noisy at night (from nearby student flats and a busy road) and was extremely hot. On the positive side, it was clean and easy access to city centre.

This is in the university area of Auckland and a lot of students stay here. We were given a studio room, very comfortable and clean. A bit of outside noise. Maybe the windows or something needs repair. For the money we paid it was very comfortable.

There was a shortage of available rooms for a last minute stay in Auckland City Center. Crown on Cinta was available for a couple of nights so we booked it before it disappeared as it was the last one available. Some of the units are owned by Crown and rented as hotel/apartment units and others are privately owned. The 2...

There is nothing hugely special about this place. It is reasonably priced, but I was a bit dubious at first that it was located behind a university hall of residence. The woman on reception was extremely helpful. The room was large, but could have done with a good clean. So nothing really to complain about, and on a budget, you...

Stayed here on a work trip with 2 colleagues. 2 bedroom apartment we requested one room to be made up as a twin, rather than queen. It was only when we arrived that we were told that the room was too small, and one of my colleagues was thus forced to sleep in a rollaway bed in the lounge room....

An appartment is always a good choice, especially in expensive Auckland. But this one was disappointing. One of our beds listed to the right, so it was a constant scramble to stay in bed. Although we had free wifi for our 2 night stay, it ceased to work after 24 hours. We complained toreception and they promised they'd send someone,...

Finding this hotel can be difficult. Just look out for the Unilodge sign on Whitaker Place and you are there. Easy check in process. Comfortable apartment style room that met my needs. Clean and nicely presented and the room felt quite spacious. Views blocked by new apartment block built in front of his building. Better than other apartment style hotels...

Having read the reviews shortly before our stay we were apprehensive , pleased to say that our stay was much better than anticipated. Whilst remembering that Auckland is the busiest city in New Zealand hotels there come at a premium. It is situated in the university area, but that wasn't a problem. We walked every where we visited and it...
