I paid $299 for no air conditioning, didn't have any sleep as it was Saturday night and very noisy, tiny bathroom, door cards that had to be programmed three times, asked for dirty sheet to be removed - did it myself - asked three times for it to be picked up from the hall - it wasn't.

I want to start off by saying that I understand that this is a budget hotel, but the IBIS Budget located in the Airport isn't even comparable to this. The hallways leading up to our room barely fit our suitcases to be pulled into the same. Whilst the room was o-kay in size (I say this trying to be fair),...

This has to be the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. The room smells of urine, the curtains are falling off the rail and have many holes in them. The bed must be as old as methuselah and you cannot "swing a cat" let alone empty your case and there is nowhere to put your clothes anyway. Feel desperate...

The location is fantastic. Easy walk to Queen Street shops and all the central city attractions. Easy to get to from the airport - Skybus stops very close to the hotel. Supermarket close by, not to mention lots of cafes and restaurants. Britomart and ferry terminal only a short walk away. The room was small and very expensive, particularly for...

I was here for one night pre contiki trip. very helpful staff. It was a very hot room, the only way of cooling it was having the door open to the little balcony, which was very noisy outside. I had issues with my door not working. they weren't able to fix it, as they thought it was my card, but...

You get what you pay for. On the plus side, this hotel is located in central Auckland which means that most city attractions, public transport, etc. are within walking distance. The rooms are also inexpensive for a CBD location. On the negative side, the rooms are small and dated with not much room to change or move around. Some rooms...

My husband & I booked this hotel as a city Break weekend getaway. We completely understood it was a budget hotel, however, this hotel was worse than we could ever have imagined. The reception area was covered in buckets collecting water from the ceilings. The corridor to the room is tight & dark & resembles what I expect inside a...

Location excellent, staff fantastic, price cheap, room terrible! It is on the cheaper end of hotels in Auckland, but the rate for my final night (a Wednesday) jumped from $169 up to $299!! WTF? Clearly this place was designed as cheap accommodation apartments for foreign students, and barely worthy of hotel status. The room was tiny, had no desk, no...

The iron was dirty and left a black mark on my crisp, white shirt, which is now ruined. I notified staff of this when I checked out, even showing them the mark on my shirt, so that they would replace said iron. They were neither apologetic, nor helpful in the slightest. Instead, a staff member yelled that it was my...

Such a ridiculously handy location. We stayed one night this time on the end of a 2 week trip to Australia. We went out into the viaduct with a friend to celebrate St. Patricks. The reception were friendly, warm and check in/out seems extra quick at Accor hotels? We've stayed in this building on several occasions and really the only...
