From checking in to checking out I'm happy to have stayed here and will definitely come back. The rooms are modern, clean and have beautiful views out to the ocean. The giant spa was a nice bonus as I had no idea there will be one in the room. The staff from reception to the service team were very friendly...

Absolutely fabulous rooms with large spa and ocean views. Brilliantly clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Short walk to city centre. Across the road from the beach and close to many restaurents. But there is also a restaurent on site.

As the town of Napier itself is a very well made art deco place, Nautilus hotel follows the trend with the building you want to stay at once you see it. The suite (we had a studio with spa) overlooked the sea (as most of the rooms do), so is a perfect location for sunrise spotting. The room was big...

Stayed just one night enroute to Wellington, but wished we stayed longer. The apartment was really well equipped with great balcony and foldback doors to view the sea. Even though it was mid June, the weather was good enough to sit out for a while and enjoy the view. The suite had a great whirlpool bath (in the bedroom) as...

Stayed two nights, great views of sea, modern, clean and balconies. Would ask for oceanview room top floor. Also spa in room. Would be perfect if tv reception was better and had full sky channels. And if it had triple glazing. But still good value 175.00 a night for a really nice room.

Stayed here while touring on a motorbike. The spa was a real bonus but even without this the place was excellent value. Modern facilities, amazing view over Marine Parade and the room service meal was also spot on. Not sure if top floor suitable if need easy access (3 flights of stairs) but this was no issue for us and...

Location, location, location. The main selling point of Nautilus is the waterfront location right next to the town of Napier. Rooms are spacious and you have an option of having a room with your own big spa. Service is great and the staff are always smiling and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Napier.

Fanatastic stay, very comfortable, close to the city centre, a very short walk to the beach, and the aquarium. just great. We loved the room, this was very pleasant and we did not need anything. Staff were very friendly. We will be back for sure.

My wife and I have just spent an enjoyable five nights in an executive suite at The Nautilus. I made the reservation directly with the hotel and was impressed by the efficient service by Sarah. She gave us an excellent deal including full breakfast. The room had a magnificent view of the ocean and Marine Parade. We also dined in...
