We stayed in a two bedroom sea view apartment on the ground floor with easy access to the pool, the apartment was very spacious, nicely cleaned, with comfortable beds, sky tv, free wifi and a well stocked kitchen including washing machine, there is a dryer and clothes horse/racks for guest to use in the basement/carpark. The master bedroom was great...

We booked a Waterfront One Bedroom Apartment, which we totally enjoyed. The room had all the amenties that you could ask for. Basement parking made it easy to get to your room, this the third time we have stayed here.

It was 6 of us. Our 1st time traveling to Paihia. Unaware what to expect. Its like you ask for a slice but you get the whole cake. Luxurious bedroom suite on 2nd floor with massive lounge and kitchen. Regardless of the rainy weather keeping us in. We had an awesome day. Ordered indian thai from near by. Tina from...

Nice place to relax. Only a few minutes walk from the main shopping area. Across the road from the water. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at these apartments. Wifi is great, staff very friendly and will help in anyway they can. Plenty of underground parking, but a bit tight to get in and out of if you have...

Hotel is located just a few blocks from the center of town, including the Pier. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern but the wifi was spotty and slow. While we enjoyed the apartment amenities (separate living area, washer and dryer in the kitchen, kitchen facilities for breakfast), we were taken aback by the requirement to clean the kitchen before...

Stayed 7 nights in a 1 bedroom suite. We were disappointed with room due to several factors; bed was extremely hard & I had to sleep on the sofa bed in order to get a decent night's rest. There was mould on curtains & on 1 pillow case (yuck). Table & chairs were dated & definitely more bach than resort...

Definitely exceeded our expectations. We (3 adults) booked a 2 bedroom suite a few days before for a couple of days of scuba diving in Paihia. More like a short term apartment rental than a hotel room. Lots of living room space, large kitchen, laundry machine in room. Beds were comfortable. Location (right across the road from the beach) was...

Great room, great location, friendly staff. Only thing that could improve is the fridge/freeze which didn't freeze out supplies, the dishwasher which didn't clean the dishes, and the washing machine and dryer which was very difficult to operate. These are negligible in the scheme of things though and don't really impact on your stay.

We have booked the family suite in the last minutes did not expect much from the place. We were wowed by the location it is central of Pahia and right in front of the beach! The whole place is so new and all the equipment are high quality! From laundry power to the washing machine are excellent! I enjoy staying...

We have been there twice with 2 kids 5,6 year old.The first time we booked it was one bedroom and the second time was 2bedroom apartment. Both of the time we always had a great time. The restaurant, pub, dairy is next door. The apartment is absolutely beach front (30second across the road). So my kids go to the beach and then...
