    Hi Christoph. Thank you for your comments. Always appreciated as long as they are true and accurate. New lets correct a few oversights: 1) Our Motel is very clean. As for the shower head, it was tested and checked and works fine. Guest before you and after you have had no issues. The room is well received by guests. 2) Yes, it is a busy road during the day, but by 6pm it has quietened down. 3) Windows are "Hush Glass" so they are not the usual domestic "thin Glass as you refer to, but are a commercial Hotel / motel type of glass. 4) You arrived early requesting an early check in as you had been driving for some hours and were very tired. We accommodated this early check in, where you rested on the bed for some 5-- 6 hours and used all the facilities. The neighbors as you refer to, checked in @5pm, a lovely elder couple from Japan ( 70+ retirees) To say they spoke loudly, i'd be very surprized, but perhaps your hearing is exceptional. 5) yes, you requested a change of rooms after having slept in the bed, used the facilities etc (were in the room for over 5 hours). To change rooms when we are 100% booked is not easy. You were told we would arrange this, but you would have to pay for a Room clean so that we could accommodate other guests. You declined this offer when you were told it would cost. 6) It is always an unknown as to whom our guests will be, their nationality, age etc. Some are quiet, some can be noisy and others are the appreciative of all things concerned. then there are the ones that no matter what, nothing is right. All things can be dealt with, but it does requires some understanding. The fact you had used the room for 6 hours and were not prepared to pay for a room clean, well that was your choice, but you did have the option. We do thank you for your comments. Appreciated.     Comfortable, Clean and Convenient
