We received a very warm welcome. Rooms were very well laid out to give privacy and functional. The hot tub was great. Within walking distance of the Skyline Gondolas and attractions. Look forward to going back.

In the end we felt this was a good choice. The pro's it has lots of amenities, our room was spacious, quiet (a big deal for us), clean and away from the delightful odour of Rotorua. The only drawback is it is on the outskirts. However that keeps it quiet and odour free, also free parking is available in Rotorua...

The motel is located opposite the Rotorua Gondola and was comfortable and roomy. There is a separate bedroom and living area with large kitchenette which was well appointed. Two TVs in the room. There was also a pull-down double bed in a cupboard which we did not need but would be great for sharing with another couple. Enjoyed our stay....

Pretty stream, table tennis room, crazy golf. And great outdoor pool and 2 spa pools (one inside and one out). Restaurant looked fine but didn't go. Right opposite wildlife place, so woken by amazing bird noises, but didn't mind this. Also right opposite the gondola etc. Great location. Bedrooms were a bit small compared with the massive living area. The...

This is a practical motel with a small kitchenette, individual entrances and a playground for kids. It's not fancy, not even that pretty. But the staff!! Over the top friendly, helpful, giving recommendations and driving directions and answering our requests immediately. Karen was so kind! I would stay here again anytime.

Far and away the best Best Western in New Zealand. Awesome setting with friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to ensure your stay is spot on! The view from our room (executive room) was nothing short of spectacular. From the flowing trout stream out our back door, to the rolling hills in the background, this place was...

Best Western, not enough stars to rate you. Room has an amazing view of the gardens and a trout stream. Large room, massive bed, big bathroom, a to top it off, a jacuzzi on the balcony, over the stream. Not to mention the fantastic service we received when we checked it. Could not have done more for us. Well signed...
