We did not inteded to stay at this particular camp site, but the tourism office a Kerikeri recommeded it, and they where right to do so. The campsites where spacieus spacious and the facilities where clean. We loved the the 3 thermal pools and enjoyed them on our one night's stay. It is next to a big supermarket and close...

Kids really enjoyed the pools. The rooms are basic and reasonably expensive considering it is a camp ground. The playground needs some maintenance, there are some missing bits and some of the wood looks like its rotting - I was a bit worried about my youngest kids getting hurt.

We were in the area for a sports tournament and needed somewhere that could accommodate a family of 5. The cabin was absolutely clean and perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. We even had 2 TVs although we hardly needed them. The pools and playground were right outside our cabin. The campsite was well-cared for and...

This is a great spot for families. We enjoyed the use of the thermal pools every nightwere and our unit had everything we needed. The whole park and pool area is clean and tidy. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The cabin was small but spotlessly clean, convenient, and contained everything we needed. There are three pools, two of which are large, and again, spotlessly clean. Directly across the road is a supermarket and bottle shop. What's not to like? Staff were helpful and friendly and the grounds are well maintained and attractive.

A basic building, and not motel standard, and we have stayed in 100's of motels. We thought expensive for what we got. There were no spare pillows but we took them off the other beds as they were not being used. It was a much cooler night with a lot of rain and there was no heater. The electric blanket...

We lucked into a self-contained cottage here and loved it! The accommodation was perfectly clean and well laid-out. We all loved the hot pools and found all of the facilities were well taken care of. Our kids especially loved the playground after our long drive. I definitely recommend this place and would return.

We were driving midweek to Auckland from Gisborne and stopped at Tauranga only to find that all the motels were booked out. We rang through to Omokoroa Kiwi Holiday Park as we had stayed there before with our caravan and had loved the excellent facilities and natural thermal pools. There was a motel unit available and so we, once again,...

What a crown jewel. We stayed in a park motel was value for money. The natural thermal pools was directly behind our unit and we lived in them as the weather wasn't that fantastic the hosts were truly amazing and went out of their way to point out local dining. There is a supermarket directly opposite and was a godsend....

The basic cabin we stayed in was new, clean, and very well appointed. The kitchen was also clean and well appointed. Evenings and nights were quiet. My only criticism is that the towels in the toilets were not the "use-once-and-discard" type, but rather were ones to be used agan and again until changed.
