My room (No 124) have buckled carpet and almost tripped myself!. The room a bit dull and dark. The toilet seat is right to wall! When I sat on it and my shoulder rub the wall maybe suitable for drunk person or sleepy person? It is very clean but other way is really disappointed. The swimming pool seems not invite...

The hotel has the charm and decor of the 1970s. From the outside it has the negative 1970s look, but once you get inside, the decor is very nice. The furnishing in the common areas match the age of the hotel well, but are of high standard. The only thing that was missing was staff in suits and tails! The...

We stayed here recently, at the presidential suite and it was amazing stay. The hotel staff were helpful and gave us great details on what to visit on our short stay. The room itself had a nice view, however the interior of the hotel needs some renovations (not majorly but minor) such as higher shower pressure, and fixing the loose...

We travelled here for our wedding anniversary. The staff pulled out all the stops to help us celebrate! A glass of wine on arrival, upgraded room, a piano player in the foyer serenading us! This is a hotel from a bygone era. It celebrates its age with wooden finishing and spacious rooms with real wooden furniture. The staff are fantastic...

Yes, this place badly needs refreshing in terms of the decor...but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the spa bath worked just fine, and the pool table in the bar was great! The staff members I met were polite and friendly and we even managed to check in three hours early, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was...

Very over priced. Old and out dated motel which does not look like it's web site. Could have been cleaner but was very spacious. Ideal for a large family as long as you are not on a budget....quite expensive for what you get. Staff were very friendly. Good location.

I don't think this hotel has been upgraded at all since the 1950's and the mattresses in our room proved to be as old as the last upgrade. The advertisement in the lobby suggested they there were currently in the process of upgrading the facility and showed the Ugly Duckling next to the beautiful Swan. Well, I saw no evidence...

Ahh, where to start... Everything about the hotel is extremely dated, so many things that should just work that didn't (like the plug for our bath not actually being big enough to fit in the plug hole & the sink plug mechanism not working). Staff were 50/50 extremely rude & unhelpful to really nice. Definitely don't order room service, I...
