Hannah I have asked you before to specify your exact issues with the staff, and you have not replied, the feedback from the manager contradicts your view entirely. As the owner I would like to see this review either justified or removed. We strive to ensure our clients are happy, and I have never had a complaint about the staff before, so this is of concern. As one of the owners of Charlemagne I was very disappointed to read this review. I did e mail the author privately asking for details of any complaints she might have, since the Bride and Groom apparently seemed happy, thanked the Manager, and made no complaint on leaving, or since. I have not received a response to that e mail.
All of our pricing is disclosed in our information pack, and in this case a specific discount was given (but unfortunately was not clearly communicated to the Manager) which was accidentally charged on the invoice, but as soon as the error became apparent the fee was waived.
Our Manager wins high praise for her customer service, and over seven years I can't remember a single complaint. We respect that everyone is entitled to express their own opinion but I would urge readers to look at other reviews, our facebook page, and guest book on our website to objectively balance this negative review.
