undoubtably the worst campervan site we stopped at in New Zealand, but then I guess that's the price you pay to be so close to the city (bus stop at the end of the road) and the South Island ferries! As others have said, really just a car park!

The room was warm and clean. The staff were helpful. The hotel is located in a prime position for my purposes. The only thing I could comment about is that the interior décor and units as a whole are quite out dated and could with modernising. The food is of good quality and selection.

We spent the night here and basically its car park with some basic facilities. The kitchen is very small and it would be difficult if not impossible for more than a couple of people to cook in there at the same time. Again the toilets and showers are the bare minimum, we didn't enjoy our stay here.
