Arrived late. Left early to catch Interisland ferry. Rooms comfortable and presentable. Would have had a good view of the harbour apart from the rain and low cloud. Dinner pretty good and not too expensive

I stayed there for two nights only when visiting Wellington before taking a ferry to the South Island. Good location and generally not a bad hotel. Breakfast is ok, rooms are good enough for a few days. Unfortunately my wake up call was forgotten.

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to the bay, museum and downtown, but other than that had little going for it. The lounge, restaurant had a kind of Austin Powers feel to it, as if you just travelled time back to the 70's. Stupid expensive, even for NZ standards...I had a pint of ale (less than a...

To be fair, the millenium hotel groups hotels can be a mixed bunch... this one is a goodie though. Great, helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms with space to work and relax. Very hospitable bar and restaurant area - and a pool to enjoy too - all right in Central Wellington. Will def stay here again. Only criticism - wow...

Hear the waves from your room. Admire the beauty of Oriental Bay and Wellington harbour from your own private balcony. A short walk West to the museum and other harbour attractions. A short walk South to nice food places at Courtenay Street. A short drive to Victoria Peak and the airport. Our home away from home in the capital.

The hotel was clean comfortable and staff polite. The reason for writing review is to let people know you have to pay for wi-fi although you can get it for free in the city or McDonald's.The parking costs $30 per night or you can park on a meter opposite hotel for $15 a day as long as you are prepared to...

I stayed here with my girlfriend Jan 2017 for a two-night stay. The location of the hotel is excellent (on the waterfront and close to Wellington's bars and restaurants) and is why we chose it for our second stay here. Checkin was straight-forward and the valet parking took the stress out of finding a parking space. The rooms are perfectly...

Just had two nights here on our travels around New Zealand. Our room was one of the largest we have had so far and we had plenty of space for our suitcases - handy when we are literally living out of them and don't want to hang everything. The hotel is built into a cliff so all rooms had sea...

Enjoyed the 2 night stay at the Copthorne immensely. Excellent standard of accommodation. Reception staff were extremely helpful dealing with the car hire company. The 2 special offers they had on meals in the top floor restaurant were excellent value for money and the quality of the food superb. Breakfast by way of room service was generous, however there was...
