Location couldn't be better for a walking holiday in Wellington. We had an ensuite double room, which was all we could ask for, and very, very clean. Friendly staff, a great choice for us. The cafe/ restaurant was convenient.

I just stayed here a for 3 days. Quite nice actually. It's directly across from the train station (where my bus let off), right next to the tour bus stop (needed that for Sunday), and was clean. I booked into a 6 person mixed dorm and it was full by the time I checked in late on Friday night, but...

Ours had an en-suite with one shower and a toilet which was cleaned daily. The beds were OK a bit creaky but the hosterl is currently being done up so they may change the...

I stayed one night and the only reason I chose this hostel was due to its convenient location, literally next to a nakedbus.com stop. I was arriving late and didn't feel like taking another ride after a long day on a bus. This place has a pretty good pub on the first floor. Reception was friendly and I quickly settled...

We traveled down from Auckland after on the way home to Christchurch. I was taking my new motorbike home. We arrived late on Easter Sunday. The staff were friendly. The room comfortable. McDonald's is handy for a very quick supper. I was particularly happy that we were offered secure parking for my beautiful new motorbike. It is located very close...

I don't nomrally stay at backpackers, but accommodation was tight over ANZAC weekend. I stayed in a double room with shared facilities. The facilties were shared with just 2 other rooms and included a small kitchen (which I didn't use but I did see a microwave and toaster) The good points: - located opposite the railway station and Intercity bus...

I stayed at Hotel Waterloo and Backpackers twice. The first time was just an overnight stay to catch the early ferry to Picton the next day. I stayed two nights again in February. The dorm I have booked was overbooked (someone didn't checked out and didn't tell the hotel staff), so I luckily got an upgrade for one night and...
