Stayed one night in a two bedroom unit prior to catching the Cook Straight Ferry. Everything about the heritage hotel was wonderful except for the street noise when we had the windows open. This hotel has no air conditioning, and so we had to open all the many windows to keep the place cool enough to sleep. We even needed...

The Quest Wellington is very well located for central Wellington experiences. An older building with each room / suite tailored to the configuration of the spaces, but most rooms having a larger floor area than perhaps most more moderns and cookie-cutter sterile hotels. Not too noisy at night for it's central location. Helpful and attentive Reception.

Very friendly front desk staff. Apartment was spacious and well laid out. Shower door needed adjustment to keep the water out of main bathroom. Cutlery numbers did not match nor did numbers of wine glasses. But everything to see in Wellington is on the doorstep.

2 nights. Only good thing is the location for the CBD. Grotty decor, mismatched bedside lamps and lamp covers were broken. Paint peeling off walls, bathroom door handle broken, dusty fittings, poor paint job and crappy colour, one key tag didn't work the door after hours.......

My 8th floor one-bedroom apartment was spacious with 2 Db beds & a very large bathroom. Overall, it was very comfortable, particularly my bed. However the TV remote didn't work & had to be replaced. Then on my first of a 2 night stay, on returning to the apartment after dinner, I found that neither ceiling light in the bedroom...

We were two families sightseeing around Wellington for a few days so I was able to see both apartments. On the whole, ours was very tired. The curtain was hanging off its hooks, there was a strong residual smell of smoke and we were on the highway side so found it very loud. The apartment was also very hot and...

Stayed 2 nights and was disappointed Great spot on Hunter Street so no Uber is required to get around The apartment was poorly maintained. Old chairs and very dowdy. Furniture also average and decor was non existent Wouldn't not be too hard to get this right and certainly not good value for money This place was not cheap $200 per...

Very spacious and comfortable and right in the middle of the fun part of the city. Supermarket only 2 blocks away on Willis street and cafes on the doorstep. Kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit were perfect - would be able to stay awhile very comfortably.

From a phone call to confirm my check-in time until the moment I left, the staff at Quest Wellington seemed to go out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. My apartment was great; well-appointed and comfortable, and the location -- just off Lampton Quay -- is really handy.
