My husband and I stayed for two nights during Easter. My hubby in particular had been wanting to stay here for so long. We paid extra to get a suite which was nice having extra room. Unfortunately some issues left us feeling disappointed. We checked in at the stated time but the room wasn't ready, we were asked to come...

On arrival (1.50pm) I had requested an early check in as check in is quite late at 3pm. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready for us so we waited an hour before we had access to our room; this has never happened to us before so was a little disappointing. We had also requested a rollaway bed as we were travelling...

We booked via last-minute, which was very smooth. However, there was no parking included so we were slugged with a $30 valet fee - in a hotel that rates itself as 5 star, I was surprised that this was an extra. Particularly as we had two rooms and only one car. I would suggest revising the last-minute entry to make...

The Bolton hotel is situated high above the capital's CBD. Only a 3 minute walk & you are in the middle of the financial & shopping hub. Unlike its neighbouring counterparts The Bolton hotel has a very boutique flavour making it all the more welcoming. I have had 5 nights in one of the top floor two bedroom Suites. Complete...

Nice boutique hotel but what made the stay exceptional was the staff, nothing was to much trouble, even starting the coffee machine early for us. They were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were nice, bed a little hard for our taste but apart from that everything else was excellent.

We stayed here for a week. We had the suite which was like a mini apartment with kitchen facilities and a washer drier which is such a real bonus for travellers as one may pop clothes in the washing and it is dry when one comes home. A cyclone was anticipated but didn't really eventuate until the following night when...

After an unfortunate fire at the Sofitel across the road had forced me to change my hotel stay for three nights, I was lucky enough to get in touch with the Bolton. On arrival check in was swift, and we were soon in our Premier Twin suite, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. A separate living room with its own TV...

I rarely bother to eat in a hotel restaurant when I am travelling - sitting around on your own in a place with average food isn't worth it. Dinner at the Bolton was different - fantastic food and the service was perfection. Thank you! Oh, the hotel was nice too - everything supplied, a comfortable bed and friendly staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a classic suite it had a well equiped Kitchen and a washing machine dryer which is really handy when you have been travelling around, also had a clothes airer which I have never had in a hotel before. Found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was ok but felt could...
