Requested carpark in my booking (a month previous) but never heard back. When I arrived ... all carparks booked. Carpark very, very small. Had to make a 12 point turn to squeeze into one temporarily. In the end, since it was the weekend it was safer and easier to park in the clearway on Willis Street outside the hotel. Had...

Hot with a lot of traffic noise in the room and a little bit out of the way. The room was small and stuffy. It's cheap but definitely can find better. On the plus side the staff were nice and helpful.

Today I travelled to Wellington for a funeral with my husband and a cousin. My brother was staying at this hotel, but had at this stage not booked in properly as we were early. We met in the lounge. While waiting to go to pick some more relatives, we were offered coffee. Thank you to the staff member who asked...

Everything you need in a central location, near the top of Cuba St and 10 minutes or less walk down to Lambton Quay. Large clean room and good value for money - you are not paying for the Hilton here.

Clean tidy basic hotel. The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. Location is good, we walked down Cuba Street to Te Papa which took about 20 mins. On the negative side: bed was very soft, and bathroom was a bit cramped but clean and functional
