We stayed in this motel for two nights on our journey around the NZ. The room was very basic, without air conditioning. There is also a big street with high volume of cars next to the motel so keeping windows open is quite noisy.
I found this motel via trip advisor and booked it online immediately after reading the reviews. I stayed for two nights at the end of my NZ driving holiday.

First off, the positives. Its a great motel, spacious room, clean, and comfortable beds. The wifi was fast and no problem (I read that people were having problems but I had no problem with the wifi).

This is a nice motel for a stay in Christchurch. Rooms are clean, nicely presented and comfortable. Depending on what you are wanting to do, it is a bit out of the centre, however very close to Horncastle Arena.
